Spring break at Sand Dunes It was so awesome to experience the awesome Sand Dunes, which seem like a dream; and then hike up the Mosca pass trail and venture into a snow covered zone. This part of Colorado really has something for everyone!

Colorado is known for some glorious weather, and I try to take advantage as often as possible. Today I ran a favorite series of trails in a he foothills near and around Red Rocks. The trails, weather, and views did not disappoint. # dailytrail #getout # optout #runcolorado

The Run Rabbit 50 miler was awesome! The training leading up to it made me realize that it was not only possible, but totally worthwhile. Steamboat is beautiful and the weather could not have been more perfect! I am especially thankful for my family and friends that supported me, and saw me to the finish line!

So glad i got a chance to run a portion of the Run rabbit 50 course in Steamboat! I think it really helped me to get a feel for the elevation and ease some of the worries I had about the distance. It won't be easy, but I know I can do it!!
