Vans x Barbour

KURV loopt al op Vans sinds ze nog dagelijks op hun skateboard stonden in de pauzes van de basisschool. Vans is de afgelopen jaren steeds meer opgeschoven van skate- naar lifestyle merk. Ook getuige deze collab met Barbour. Tof? KURV weet het niet.

Franciso van Benthum Store

Het gaat goed in het retail aanbod binnen Amsterdam. KURV wordt erg blij van de nieuwe store van ontwerper Francisco van Benthum, aan de Herenstraat 13. Uiteraard is de gehele lijn van van Benthum hier te checken.

Wij gaan bij KURV erg lekker op Gant Rugger, het toffe broertje van het ietwat saaie Gant. De nieuwe collectie is ietwat preppy, maar maakt wel gebruik van goede kleuren. Bruin, geel, goede dasjes, ja wij bij KURV zijn fan.

Maison Martin Margiela x H&M

KURV is in de meeste gevallen niet echt te spreken over de collabs van H&M met diverse designers. Toch worden wij blij van de nog komende collectie van MMM. Vooral de asymmetrische jas is erg tof. Niet echt mainstream deze collectie. KURV gaat er niet voor in de rij liggen, maar mocht er nog een exemplaar overblijven, denk dan aan ons.

Gaga x Supreme. Al een tijdje uit deze pics, maar de combi van Gaga en Supreme werkt altijd. Worth sharing.

Henrik Vibskov

Online store of Danish designer Vibskov. For his online store, Vibskov collaborates with Farfetch.com. The webshop is not only packed with Scandinavian designers, but also offers space to Berhard Willhelm, Anntian, Stine Goya, Komment, Kron By Kronkron, Peter Jensen, Opening Ceremony, Bless, Bernhard Willhelm, Ally Capellino, Leash, Walter Van Beirendonck, Volta, Wackerhaus, Pendleton, SNS Herning, and B-Store. MrWood is in love with the scarves of Vibskov, but there is way more to explore....

Love to ride

Mr Wood loves to ride his bike. You can find Amsterdam's finest bikes at Pristine Fixed Gear. Mainly focussed on the so-called "fixies", but also a great place to look around for some nice sadles, handlebars, rims and even complete bikes.

Mr. Wood loves this webshop. Freshcotton can be divided in 3 "sub-shops". Selected offers premium brands like Edwin, ONTOUR, Sperry Top Spider, Pointer, Penfield and Libertine Libertine. Sublabel "Street" focusses on streetwear like Etnies, Vans, Obey and so on. Last but not least is Merch. Merch offers you a wide range bandshirts. Mainly Dutch acts by the way. High-end online store, with exclusive limited-editions for brands like Adidas, Levi's and Paul Smith. oki-ni is a group of young and enthused, product-focused individuals, led by three directors with over 50 years of combined experience in high end-retailing. Amazing webhshop with top notch brands like Burberry, Gucci, Lavin, Acne, Paul Smith, Yves Saint Laurent and much more. Little brother of the well know Net-a-Porter. Amsterdam Based Store offers a wide range of "denim inspired" products and brands. Tenue de Nîmes sells the following denim brands: Levi’s Vintage, Lee originals, Acne, Atelier Ladurance, Denim Demon, iJiN Material, Momotaro jeans, Nudie, Naked & Famous and Flat Head.
