何も揃えてこなかったので、前日の夜近くの百均閉まる前に滑り込み画用紙など買ってホテルで製本作業
I hadn’t prepared anything at all, so the night before, I rushed into a nearby 100-yen shop just before it closed, bought some drawing paper and stuff, and did the binding work in my hotel room.
ホラー映画なら💯のクオリティのホテルでした。ずっと家電がリズムを刻んだりメロディを鳴らしたりしていた もう行きたくない
It was a hotel with 100% horror-movie quality. The appliances kept making rhythmic noises or playing little melodies the whole time. I never want to go back there again.

ええもうそれは不安でした。漫画を売る人が多数だろうから、イラスト無配メインでやるのは反則なんじゃないかとかいろいろ考えて(あとクオリティ) 開き直りましたけどね。
両隣がヘタリア組で、お2人とも優しくしてくださり、最後までいろいろお話して、平和に楽しく終われました。
一般参加の方は若い子が黒執事や忍たまのコスプレした方が来てくれて嬉しかったー 朝菊が好きっていう人が多かった。 初めての参加ですっていう人が貰ってくれて、私の初めてのお客さんでありました。エモ
Yeah, I was really anxious about it.
I kept worrying things like, “Most people here are probably selling doujinshi, so mainly giving away free illustration handouts feels kinda like cheating, doesn’t it?” (plus I was stressed about the quality). But in the end I just said “screw it” and went for it.
Both of my neighbors were Hetalia circle people, and they were super kind to me. We chatted a lot until the very end, and the whole day was peaceful and fun.
As for general visitors, some young people came in Black Butler and Ninjala cosplay, which made me so happy!
A lot of them said they love asagiku.
There were also people who said “This is my first event ever” and took my stuff; those were literally my very first customers. It was so emotional. 🥹
I met up with a friend who works in Nagoya; it felt just like our student days. We went to Yabaton for tonkatsu.
After pulling an all-nighter, it was way too heavy; toward the end I was just glaring at the meat.

I asked the slightly gal-ish part-time girl at Banana Panic’s Fushimi branch, and she told me all sorts of stuff, but I completely forgot it all lol.
