I was thinking about practicing drawing my mew and two when I got home. But then I got to thinking, why not try drawing other's OCs as a way to challenge myself?!

I'd be drawing your OCs either solo or w mine. Headshot or full-body. I might try out styles like chibi or something who knows.

The goal of this is to break out of my nervous shell when it comes to art.

Note: I work and stream and make YT videos on the side not to mention, as I said before, I am very shy and anxious about my art so it may take a while. Also since I'm still learning it might not look the best.

Hello there, young trainer. I didn't expect to meet you so soon after the lantern festival. There's something I'm curious about... I couldn't help but notice your eyes as I passed by that night. If you don't mind, I'd like to know what happens to make them that way

The green-haired human blinked upon seeing Celeste. They never would've thought they'd have a second encounter with the same mew- the first time was already a rare, once-in-a-lifetime occurrence in of itself. Alyse quickly fixed their posture and started trying to speak, only for brief gibberish and a voice crack to crackle out. After clearing their throat, they addressed the mew:

Alyse self-consciously stood before Celeste and twiddled their thumbs. They’d only taken off their glasses for a short time during the Lantern Rite, so the question made them wonder how much they’d been watched.

I see. Humans are truly fascinating beings, just as full of potential as pokemon.

The mew couldn't help but notice the humans timidity and floats a little closer.

You know I always enjoy interacting with humans, it feels me with a joy. But I know my presence and status can make most uneasy in terms of how to conduct themselves.

The mew gets close enough to grab Alyse's hands, the feeling of something small and metallic suddenly appears.

While my words may not soothe you, maybe a gift will.

Celeste let's go of the trainers hands, leaving a Soothe Bell in their palms.

Hopefully this will calm your worries about me.

The mew giggles, winking at Alyse.

The mewtwo covered her mouth as tears slowly fell down her cheek. She couldn't stand seeing her kind in pain like this. Flora wanted to give the other two a hug, even reaching her hand out, but quickly took it back not wanting to make the other feel uncomfortable.

I-If there's anything I can do to help please don't hesitate to ask. I'll do whatever I can.

I more or less oversee and keep the peace; you could call me a manager. I only truly intervene when it's absolutely necessary. Normally, my Arceus would be the one doing this, but after a horrid war, he was forced into a long slumber to regain his strength, so I've taken up the mantle. As for my niece and sister here, certain...circumstances don't allow them to partake in any of the duties I perfom.

Zuzu approached and stopped at a respectable distance before Celeste, Flora, and Kitsuki, then offered a bow. He held a hard expression on his face, wary of interacting at all, but he pushed through the feeling.

"Can I ask if this your home, or did you also receive an invitation?... What's home like for you?"

The trio return the bow, Celeste being the first to speak.

Ah, you're the second to ask if this is our home. It isn't. Like everyone else, we've been invited here from our homeworld. However, this island does bring some familiarity to me.

I would not have thought a creature such as yourself would have the time to spare for an event such as this. Do you not have duties to attend to or have you obtained a substitute to cover for them in your leave of absence?"

My duties aren't so grand that I can't step away to spend time with my family. The legends and mythical creatures back home are more than capable of taking care of things if they do need my assistance. However, they need only to call my name, and I'll be there. So far everything seems quiet as usual.

You'd be correct. As I hold more power than most of my species, I must watch everything diligently. At least that was before, now that things are more peaceful I can be more lax. I am lucky enough to get a few moments to myself to wander and explore other worlds as well as spend time with my sister and niece. If I may ask what is your world like?

Wo: "It is not every day that I get to meet someone like you..! Forgive me for any rudeness, but I have only read about your kind in books, so getting to meet you is a surprise..~ Have you been able to come to events like this before, or is this your first outing?"

The mew giggled at Wo's comment, bowing to the snail.

You're not being rude at all. To be honest, this is my first time meeting a member of your kind as well. From what I've understood, you're from Paldea, correct? As for outings, I typically roam between worlds and observe. This is my first time actually participating in an event with my family

Alyse sheepishly took the towels from Kris and Spot, though grateful for them. Before they could do anything else, they spotted a Pokemon they never thought they'd ever see in person:

Alyse dropped their towels on the ground in shock while Celeste's wind did its work. It was mind boggling to think they'd come across not one legendary, but two in a relatively short amount of time. Did it mean anything? Just how special was this place?

Before they could respond, more Pokemon approached with towels and wind:

Alyse looked around at each of them as they pitched in, with wide eyes. Their gaze lingered on the shaymin that addressed them- MORE legendaries. They had to process everything happening.

While Cherry flapped her wings, Alyse's hair fully dried and poofed up in volume.

"Oh... oh wow! Thank you for all the towels and the air... I mean the wind. Gusts?"

They bent down to pick up the towels they dropped, then gratefully added the ones from Fern and Shaythulu to their stack. Even though they were drier now, their clothes still had a sense of dampness on top of the sea salt that stuck to them. The towels would still come to use.

"I wasn't planning on taking a swim but someone fell off the dock and was having a hard time, so that's why I was drenched aha." They smiled embarrassingly. "Thank you for everything!"

Alyse turned to address Fern, though they felt a weight with so many eyes on them- especially the legends.

"You don't see a lot of pokemon that can speak a human language! I can actually understand pokespeak well enough, so whatever feels right for you will probably work with me," they said and smiled.

While the Pokémon were focused on them, Alyse took this as an opportunity to quietly admire them: Spot’s outfit and stripes, Cherry’s bat-like wings, Shaythulu’s ominousness. Fern’s shiny coat. Celeste’s heart shaped markings.

They wondered what regions everyone had come from.

In an attempt to calm her down, Celeste's puts a paw on Chunli's shoulder.

Easy child, no need to be so tense around me. Please treat me as you would any other pokemon. As for this event I would hardly call this lousy, you put time and effort into organizing it and it's beautiful. My sister and her daughter are enjoying their time here so don't belittle your efforts.
