I am the former owner of @thecookiefoster and started up this account as a little reboot. Before, I was very limited since I was a high school kid that lived in a household that practically forbid internet access. Now I live in my own space with my own time, so I have more time to do fun stuff like this!!! AND I could actually develop my own character made specifically for this!!! Yay!!!
Also, unlike the previous blog, I will mainly be focusing only on Kingdom characters.
I quit playing Ovenbreak a while back (when they added Lotus Dragon's magic candy), so I am not too familiar with the new cookies and current Ovenbreak lore. I also am unfamiliar with the lore of the other spinoff games. PLEASE stick to characters that are in Kingdom!

[A video starts, the person holding the camera is carefully walking outside of their house, as if making sure no one sees them, while stepping inside the small garden their family has.]
[They walk up to an old cut log, which at the distance the camera sees something shining; once they get close enough, they realize that on the log there's a silver rosary, accompanied by a note, the person picks it up and reads it aloud: "Holy be thy dough" accompanied by a confused and kinda unsettled silence after reading it.]
[After some moments of thinking, the person picks up the silver rosary and turns around to go back inside, not saying anything else, stopping the recording.]
Yup, that's... that. I honestly don't know what to espect, but i'm assuming that the St. Pastry order is friendly since I don't think they left the rosary for me if I was an enemy of theirs, thought it somehow worries me that they think I'm also a cookie (but it's better than being called a witch).

Exactly what I thought...not sure if they've discovered the whole "their religion is kind of a lie" thing yet, but I don't think they will considering the Avatar of Destiny that started it all is...well, kinda dead.
there's a candy diver just loafing here. they're sleeping.... cute...
the lava lamp divers are also just hanging out together. it's really cute seeing them in tandem since candy divers have temperature regulation issues, while inversely lava lampers overheat. they hold hands and hop around, tag team together, generally really chill stuff! they keep huddling together to discuss the differences between the dimensions. but, there's another issue. since the gateway between dimensions is opened, what does that mean for us if their universe has "mean" cookies?
I don't like thinking about it T^T the SCOOP cookies with me say we'll probably be fine though?
I set up the tea party this weekend with Chess Choco and she agreed to stay! Chess Choco especially has been very excited. They set up her room and everything.
Pumpkin Pie is very low maintenance at the moment. I don't expect her to tell me everything immediately. We're going to watch the Nightmare Before Christmas tonight to hopefully bond more.
Bonus to having Pumpkin Pie around is that Chess Choco doesn't need to follow me around constantly. Since Pawn White got injured, the two have been exceptionally clingy. This is good since I can't bring them to school.

Qifrey (Witch Hat Atelier): I watched (and read) Witch Hat not long ago and this guy has been circling around my thoughts since then. Very fascinating. Would recommend.
Eva Stratt (Project Hail Mary): She’s cool. I don’t know how to explain it well, but I want to examine her thoughts under a microscope while wrapping her in blankets at the same time…
Silent Salt Cookie (Cookie Run Kingdom): Dark knight with a tragic past. Very high angst potential. Sadly underused. I might need to change that. This one was the hardest to decide. I would have loved to put my goat Timekeeper here too. She gets an honorary mention.
Echo (Star Wars): Inspirational, I’d say. I like his drive, and his kindness. Wonder where he is now, after the Bad Batch has ended…
Haymitch Abernathy (The Hunger Games): He was my favourite before Sunrise came out. That book gave me so much more to work with and I loved it. Very excited for the film.
Jack Clearwater (Seawalkers/Woodwalkers): Look, no one here is gonna know him, but I still have to mention him. He’s the principal at a school for people who can transform into animals, and he can transform into an eagle.
Lishu (The Apothecary Diaries): I only watched the anime. Ishiguro is the best. I hope I get to see more of her.
Loid Forger/Twilight (SpyxFamily): He falls into the same category as Stratt.

Jack Skellington - The Nightmare Before Christmas. Always saw him as a fictional dad. I used to be scared of even WALKING PAST the DVD of the movie at Walmart when I was only a little Spoon, funny how much changed about me in less than 20 years lmao
Ghostface - Scream. To get this out of the way I DO NOT SUPPORT SPYGLASS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SCREAM 7, I NEVER WILL SEE SCREAM 7, AND KIDS DESERVE TO LIVE!!! Anyways, I won't lie, watching the very first Scream movie was what eased me into horror, and Ghostface has been a big comfort character since then. RIP Wes Craven

The SCOOP cookies seem to like studying them, for some reason. Especially the sword, since I don't carry it everywhere with me like the hair clip...wonder what they're doing with the info they're getting.
Hi, hope you and your cookies are doing well. I got some updates for you.
First thing, that Night Raven, that's been living in my backyard for a while now, I don't think they're aggressive at all. They are super skittish though. The back fence is covered with a bunch of like, bushes and trees and stuff. It's really hard to see that back fence, and they will watch me from there when I'm doing like yard work, or if I'm feeding the ravens. And if they realize I've spotted them, they'll go and hide somewhere else.
The second thing is that ceiling fan that Rebel and Wind Archer have been lying on in a couple of the photos and videos I've sent. The reason I never stopped them from sitting and laying up there is because that ceiling fan is older than I am, and when I turn it on, it makes a lot of concerning noises, so I don't. However, my mom and her boyfriend, decided to come by and surprise me with a new ceiling fan that they installed. This does unfortunately mean that Rebel and Wind Archer have lost their favorite perch in my house. However, it is really hot and neither of them are complaining about having another fan.
The third and more serious issue is that wildfire season has started. It's not bad right now, it's just kinda smoky out there. The wildfires never get too close to where we live, we've never had to evacuate or anything. But the wind does have a habit of blowing a lot of smoke and ash in our direction to the point where, at its worse, the sky is basically completely red, everything has a dusting of ash on it, and it's recommended you wear a mask if you go outside because the air quality is so bad. I'm not a stranger to wildfire season, however, this is my first wildfire season where I am also looking after cookies. If you have any advice to help make sure both my cookies and the Night Raven will be alright, that would be very appreciated.

They do sell cookie-sized masks for events like these! People started making and selling them way back in 2020 when...ah, you know, the big giant world event that changed absolutely everything happened. I've had to buy a few since the Canadian wildfire smoke started creeping into my city a few weeks ago...it's gone now, don't worry!
You could simply leave one outside for Night Raven, you can hang it on a bush or something so the wind doesn't blow it away.
I found litmus. She was sleeping on top of one of my more crowded shelves. She's now safe and laying next to me in bed. Timekeeper's trying to figure out how to charge the tablet with povidone. And black vinegar is also cuddling me. It's quite comfortable except for tiny banging on the window of my room. I think it's a cookie. They have golden brown hair and it looks like croissants. Is there such a thing as a croissant cookie, and should I take it in?

Me, Cloudy, and Blossom did some gardening together. It was loads of fun and Blossom enjoyed himself much more than the last activity we did together luckily. Cloudy was great at digging up weeds too.

Silver weapons are a must!!! Silver as a metal is associated with holiness and cleanliness, which makes it better for driving away unholy beings!!! A silver pocket knife will do if you aren't able to legally get silver bullets...or a silver cross, that could do some heavy damage!!!

I think I fixed the whole thing with Venom being incredibly smothering. To make a long story short, we had a long conversation about boundaries. They're just not used to worrying about someone this much that isn't Mold Dough or Pom-Pom Dough. They are admittedly better at taking care of themselves than I am.
On another note, we had a whole separate conversation about school. I have never been to an in person school before and all my friends are from the neighborhood I'm in. They go to my new school anyways. I actually got permission to bring a cookie with me for emotional support (fancy private school benefits I suppose). Not bringing any of the kids though. They wouldn't behave.
