apache tears: a sadness headcanon
Kiryu doesn’t openly show when he’s sad. One may be able to catch a faint glimpse of sadness in his expression if Kiryu was unexpectedly hit by the emotion but he’s always quick to regain his cool and act composed. He hates letting others see his weaker side, so he developed a rather unhealthy habit of always pretending it’s nothing.
A sign of Kiryu being upset is usually him acting more cold towards people than he usually would. In his opinion, if he’s a bit more indifferent, people close to him won’t realise there’s something wrong with him. And if they do find out he usually either denies it or simply states he doesn’t want to talk about it. However, if asked about his feelings directly there’s a slight chance he might open up a little, granted the person asking is someone he trusts.
celestite: how my muse deals with anxiety
It would depend entirely on what kind of situation he’s in, to be honest. In some, he’d be able to deal with it by either walking out of the anxiety-causing situation or trying to calm himself by focusing his mind on something else entirely. In other situations he might just up and leave without notice if it’s too much for him to handle.
lapis lazuli: where ‘home’ is to my muse
'Home’ is wherever Kiryu feels save and welcome; a place he can be himself at without having to worry about people judging him. Currently that would be Satisfaction Town where he’s happily living with Nico and West. (And Marga, if we’re talking about verses other than the main one.)
