Introduction

Hey There! I'm Kykii The Kaliful.

I am currently in the process of making my own animated series, The Runes!

DM me on Discord if you want to help me out, or even collaborate with me! I'm an amateur, a minor fresh out of the grueling chains of childhood, so do be aware that I'm very inexperienced, but quite ambitious!

Be sure to check out my YouTube as well! There's... inherently not a lot of stuff relating to TR, since I'm using animation memes to grow my audience, but hey, something's better than nothing!

*For Matrix's eyes, they reflect his mood, ranging from pure black [negative emotions] to light green [positive emotions]. It's typically set at a grey when he's neutral.

Also, whenever they're fighting, all antagonists' eyes become red diamond eyes, seen in Matrix's ref.

Achiral

Meet Chi, the "leader" of the main antagonists.

She's actually a Rune that was exiled from the Land Above the Clouds for not being "heavenly" enough, however she is genuinely a good person. The people who sent her down actually got lied to. After falling to Earth, she didn't know what to do. She had no purpose, other than "stop evil beings" or... something like that. She tried her best to do that, but nothing eventful happened, and she was really missing her twin sibling, Xi.

She later got manipulated by the Darkness before it woke up from its "slumber". Kind of ironic, but after she got controlled, it's said that because of her being a Rune, her powers ended up sealing it again for a mere 6 years.

The lore is complicated, but I want this story to be shared, even if people think it's uninteresting.

The Final Battle Approaches

Meet Eve, a quiet person who is on her way to fight the Darkness. Its influence is close to spreading all across the lands, and the only way to stop it is to battle it, with the power of four Runes. Eve is a courageous hero. She can be a bit timid at times, but ultimately she doesn’t give up on things she knows is worth fighting for.

She’s not fond of this, but she remains on her path, even as she realizes that the people the Darkness has controlled only seek peace, away from the other hell that is Society.
