Okay so I’m a sixteen year old girl, started working the register in April (no training or anything) and I was scanning stuff quite quickly because there was a long line of customers waiting. And obviously, I was a bit panicked (working on staying calm in moments like these).

But there was this customer that was agitated because we didn’t have any big bags, so I offered smaller bags and even offered one for free. She got all upset and told me to slow down and to lose the attitude. So I told her “there’s quite a long line that I’d like to go through first so I won’t have to open a second register since we’re short staffed” and she got all mad and shit.

She kept complaining about me in front of my face and called me a cancer whore because I was upset that she talked about me, I asked her to stop and leave the store and she told me that she hoped I’d get fired???
