The idea of twin flames is actually a bit recent if I'm not mistaking it only emerged within the last hundred years (correct me if I'm wrong with this) Basically the whole concept claims that your spirit is split in two and that you either spend your entire life hoping, praying and searching for the day you finally reunite with your other half "twin flame" or this person suddenly enters your life unexpectedly and completes you and that could not be further from the truth.

This is the first and last time I'm going to say this so listennnn: You are not broken and you are not fractured.

There is no part of you missing everything you need is already within you.

People tend to go crash out when you say twin flames aren't real because they've bought into this deeply romantic idea which I don't blame or judge them at all for because the new age community spreads a LOT of misinformation and brainwashing people who are in toxic relationships to think that they are with the love of their life who teaches them things is one way to do it. They're also often drawn to things like Dolores Cannon 💀 and for God's sake please don't listen to Dolores Cannon lmao 😭

Anyways soulmates are a real thing, but we can have more than one soulmate connection within our life path. We can also experience multiple relationships that feel incredibly intense and some relationships and friendships exist specifically to teach you a lesson.

The reason you keep feeling drawn to each other like magnets no matter how explosive or toxic things become is because there's a soul level lesson, there the passion feels overwhelming because there's something you're meant to learn. But at some point you are meant to get off that ride, leave the rollercoaster behind and choose to walk awayyy.

What did we learn: your spirit is not split in two. You already have everything you need inside of you.

And yes we can believe in passionate, supernatural love but the idea that you are fragmented incomplete, or missing something inside yourself is a lie.

Some people also tend to fall into a spiritual psychosis so this could also be the case why people think they have a twin flame, because many people develop this spiritual ego/god complex, or are dealing with trickster spirits without them knowing and believe false information spread by people.

I'm also not downplaying or erasing the entire existence of strong connections/relationships some of yall have but twin flames just don't exist.
