Something like curiosity passes over Moira’s face, though it has more of an edge than simple passing interest. Perhaps it’s just second nature to those serving the top secret organization, but trust doesn’t come easy and watching out for hidden motives is essential for survival. Now the doctor has to wonder, is Ghoul here of her own accord or is she playing puppet for a council member? She trains her gaze on the agent, her smile never wavering.
“News travels fast,” She remarks, and it’s hardly a surprise when Talon’s agents are top tier in gathering intel on outside agencies. “The soldier is here, simply in detainment. For now.”
The addition is made in an ominous purr, as if hinting at something best left unimagined. It’s Ghoul’s second request that rings alarm bells that something’s not quite right here. Moira’s smile wanes into a hard line as she raises an eyebrow at the girl.
“Under who’s authority do you wish to do that? My directives were to keep him here unharmed until further notice.”
That didn’t mean that she hadn’t started basic testing on the elusive vigilante, but she hardly qualified simple blood tests as any form of torture.

'For now' was alarming to hear and what followed only made matters worse. Kym had tensed at Moira's words and expression in regards to her wondering. At the very least she had admitted he was unharmed-- On the other hand, there was no mistaking the anticipation that woman had in using 76 as a future expirement. Ghoul did her best to smooth her features and keep a calm level to respond.
"Mine." She replies without hesitation. "I don't plan on harming him. I just want to speak with him myself."
Confidence was key, assuring the other that no rules would be broken and that she meant no intereference would hopefully ensure a positive answer. If that didn't suffice then maybe the mention of Reaper's authoirzation might change the situation. She looks up to meet the gaze of the taller female and asks about her intentions. Ghoul couldn't even begin to imagine what horrific tests were in mind for the man in the other room.
"What will you be doing to him?"
She feels she might regret asking, but rather than letting the unknown eat away at her this seemed like a better option than fearing what was to come for Soldier 76.
