hey friends! i know i’ve seen in the past some people complaining that the coliseum doesn’t have keyboard shortcuts like some sites (sylestia is a good example) do because the repetitive motion is hard on their wrists, elbows, shoulders, you name it.

i just got myself a mouse with a roller ball and everything is SO MUCH BETTER.

this is the one i got, it has great reviews! my boss at work uses one and i was interested so i got one. if you have an extra $28 ever lying around it seems like a great alternative so far

I’d just like to add to this to say that I’ve been using this mouse for years (at least four, probably more) and I love it! It’s especially easy to use with laptops, since you don’t need to move it around a flat surface like you would a normal mouse, so you can have it sitting just about anywhere and still be able to move your cursor with ease.

Just adding my own two cents. I had to replace this particular mouse a couple times because the scroll button stopped functioning as an actual button. It still scrolled, but clicking it didn’t work anymore, which is a deal breaker for me, since I used the ‘click’ for opening links in new tabs and autorun in my mmos. I had the same exact problem on three different ones, so if you use the scroll button click a lot, go for something else.

I’m sure it helps but I wish they would just put in some damn keyboard shortcuts. Unfortunately it’s the clicking motion that does me in not moving the mouse itself. I switch between a vertical mouse and tablet pen. I don’t play wow anymore, barely play console games. I’m pretty much in pain everyday if I’m on the computer or my phone. Touchscreen computers don’t even help. I’ve been spending about $40-$100 every week on physical therapy but it’s not helping as much as I would wish. Typing is fine so it’s a real disappointment that I can’t use keyboard shortcuts.

Also, y’all have to stop telling dark skin people that we’re editing our pictures to look lighter..do you know how many times I snap a selfie and I’m like “sooo..I’m light brown now???” Like my front facing camera RARELY captures my complexion at an accurate rate. AND DON’T LET IT BE A BRIGHT SETTING OR DAYLIGHT!!!!!

Film and photography have always catered to light skin better than dark skin. Even in the digital age, the favoring of white skin is still very apparent. Literally being that cameras cannot render dark skin. Everyone may get overexposed but it happens to people with dark skin most frequently and they are most frequently targeted and blamed for it.

People need to stop being so willing to blame people with dark skin for all the shit that they have to deal with.
