📣FOSTA/SESTA & CC Censorship have wrecked my income. Here’s how you can help a black femme:
Hi All, here’s the overall rundown:
⚠️In the midst of all the other things I was already dealing with and working on, knock-on effects of FOSTA/SESTA have basically decimated my income for the past 3.5 months with little sign of improvement. ⚠️
There’s some industry specific backstory here but as most of you are not SW it’s honestly a bit irrelevant. However if you want more info, DM me.
What matters is that not only have I been robbed of my main source of income, this jeopardizes all the work I’ve been doing to stabilize my work– which matters a lot because I am doing all I can to move out of ~survival mode~ and into thriving but that’s not possible if my foundation keeps slipping every few months.
🌳I am an indigenous black femme, climate organizer, community medicine person, diviner, and jewelry artist working on a land back project that needs funding (as does my life in general). Furthermore, when it comes to starting a business, there are many privileges I have not had & intro costs can be formidable. SO:
