writing prompts! all about colors edition
there is so much blue I believe my house was never another color
the roses are the color of absence
life is the color of your eyes
the subtle hints of color like coffee and the cream
pick a name, any name, the color of the sky
I smell it in the spring when there is color in the world again
I have searched for you among the colors the hide behind shadows
it’s chaos in the most extreme, colors and shapes in flying heaps
I look down and see the colors, always bemused, how did I get here?
those emotions and colors have now left me blind
I drape myself in the colors I like, not the ones I feel I am
color shimmer delicately and fall, fall, fall through the waves
you walk the clouds in your dreams, the colors are all unimaginable
skip past the houses all painted in bright colors
shadow colors green to grey, a delicate touch
and when we are doing the stuff we do best, we’ll have done our part and the colors do the rest
colors so pale, they’ve been drained of their blood
softly it sharpens, the colors come in
I love baby’s breath, the color you can barely see
colors come alive when we tune their notes just right
veins pulse with color, soft sharpness uncovers
define the evening by the colors that drip down off the moon
the colors hedge the darkness like they know just where you hurt
cut me and I’ll bleed colors, like the water under the dawn
I was in grayscale until the colors came when you opened up the door
