— Unpredictable. | Kyungri & Ailee.
Ailee widen her eyes after hearing what did her mom said. It’s unbelievable. This can’t be true. Although she always wanted somebody to accompany her in the house but at least, not now. She wanted sibling when she was young because of boredom but right now, it’s too late. She doesn’t want siblings anymore.
‘She’s my sister? Mom! Tell me when I do have a sister? I never though that I have a sister. When did this girl come to our house? When? Is it when the stranger kidnapped me and you adopted her because you thought that I will be dead and gone forever? Or is it when I ran home because of the every depression you gave to me? When? Omma, tell me when!’ she let out a few sigh, blowing her fridge while controlling herself from being mad and controlling herself from flipping everything in the house. She held out one of her hand. ‘Hi, I’m Lee Yejin or you can call me as Ailee or unnie but better don’t call me unnie because I’m not your real unnie and I’m going to be your..’ she come closer to the girl and whispered ‘devil,’ a smirk appeared at the corner of her lips.
Their mom sobbed, trying to calm herself down so that she could explain more. She couldn't help with her mixed feelings. She was happy because Ailee's back. She thought that she would have lost her only daughter forever. Every nights she couldn't sleep, she kept on thinking of the possiblities. Could Ailee be found? It had been months. She wasn't give up of searching for Ailee, she was just tired.
"She is your sister, Yejin-ah. I-I adopted her since she's lonely.. her mother's dead," said their mom as she sobbed softly. "I pitied on her so I thought if I adopted her, she could be your sister. I-I know you've always wanted a sister, Yejin-ah. I hope you both could be friends.." Kyungri was speechless. She didn't know what to say or even what to feel. Happy? No. Sad? Why would she? Watching as the girl approached her, she was kind of shocked when she introduced herself to Kyungri. She thought the girl would have slap her or something, guess she's wrong. The last word of the girl made Kyungri shocked but she played it cool. She wasn't going to give up to this 'devil'.
"I'm Park Kyungri. Mhm, I wouldn't want to call you unnie too.." She scanned the girl, from her hair to her toe. "Well. Let's see how far you can go, devil. I'm going to make sure you'll do good." She leaned to whisper that last sentence, flashing the other a smile. "Let's be friends, shall we?" Kyungri looked to their mom before changing her sight to the girl named Ailee again.
