For @creatingblackcharacters's melanin beam challenge this year I drew To Eat A God's Unum! I would like to also draw Black designs for Septem, Nulla, and Neo in the future.

For Unum's hair I went with a bandana so that there's still his recognizable red covering a large portion of his head. I even made sure to call to the crossed bangs by having two dread cross over each other.

I changed his earring to be beads in his hair mainly because otherwise that aspect would be hidden, but also because my reference had them in and I thought they fit him well!

I... did forget about his tattoos but they would not show very well in this image anyways. I would have just gone for black ink on them though, instead of the original burnt orange.

More of a WIP / Concept art but I've been playing the minecraft adventure map Drehmal lately and we made an oc for it! Not very developed because there's so much lore I don't know yet. Been operating with "amnesiac Chosen One".

My newest JJBA oc's debut: Rei Tsunagari

I finally decided how his stand works. It's called Whole Lotta Talking. He can pick a phone up out of anything. From the environment, he can listen through walls and the ground or hear farther away. If he takes a call off a person, he can hear their thoughts and talk to them at a distance through the receiver. So he can't fight at all.

Technically his design is supposed to have a sheer white scarf but i didnt feel like figuring out how the fabric works

Shinno (Not their real name), any pronouns

The creator of everything, delegating tasks to deities as responsibilities pile up. Very rarely seen, Shinno is usually flanked by Eōgi, who is said to be their lover, and the only being who knows what Shinno's face looks like. Described as having 4 hands, 3 faces, and 4 pairs of wings (head, shoulders, hips, ankles), but a consensus has come to the fact that Shinno can shapeshift to their liking, so any amount of observations can be true or false at Shinno's whims.

tried to make a chibi of my newest oc simon. was a fun inch outside of my comfort zone and a nice warm up i guess. the design is actually kind of reusing an old gijinka design i've been missing...

The right hand to Shinno, first created creature and deity of light and communication. Said to herald Shinno's word and also to be Shinno's lover. Referred to with ērobun pronouns and said to be the origin of epo, and ibaba of the epori. Eōgi's hair is said to glow, depicted as white or blonde, with skin just as blinding.

For the previous 3 years, I've redesigned him in a redraw of the same pose etc. This year... I'm trying to work on making better character references so behold! Nix gets a return to my favorite design of those many revamps (which I'll put below the cut for reference).
