I'm back from a period of "recovery".
I thought i actually was recovering. I wasn't b1nging, i was just eating like normal maintenance c@ls and not focusing on losing we1ght or anything really.
Only to jump on the scale and find out that i had gotten myself right back to the low 50s again. Immediate trigger.
My mum found out that she's pre diabetic recently, and asked me to help her lose some weight, which i agreed to. I'm giving her all the healthy tips and encouragement, whilst using it as an excuse to get my butt back into gear.
We've started going swimming 3 times a week, and I'm already starting to drop some of the extra weight xx I weighed in at 50.2kg this morning, which isn't too far from where I was when I decided to try recovery again.
Honestly, I do implore that anyone who can recover should do as soon as possible. Unfortunately, right now, it's just not for me.
