We are locking tf back in
Been w3igh1ng myself every day for the last two weeks and Iām consistently losing every day šāāļø not posting daily logs anymore because it seems easier when I donāt for some reason but Iāve been staying at a 1200c hard limit but aiming at 800-900c goal WITH a priority on fibre and Iāve lost 4kg in two weeks so itās looking good!!

Iāve been b1ng1ng constantly for the last couple of months (because I eat to cope with my emotions š) so I have been inactive but I am going to lock back in forreal. I gained back abt 3kg over the last month which isnāt too big a setback but itās 3kg too many.

Okay day today, my parents keep buying food but theyāre going away for a week or so soon so Iām holding out until then š¤
Hello guys Im going though some personal stuff atm so I wonāt be as active for a while but im still here āļø and I will be back
Iām back :) In the last couple weeks I havenāt really been r3str1cting much so I gained back about another kg but Iāve pretty much maintained that and I havenāt lost too much progress
Also my sleep schedule is wack atm so Iāll be using that to my advantage

I stayed under my maintenance c@ls, but I spent the day with my family so I got veeery close to going over. On days when Iām forced to 3at more, I try and maximise actually āhealthyā foods so Iām still getting nutrition and stuff out of it, so I had a good amount of protein today
My family is home again tomorrow, so Iām going to try to plan some super low cal meals in advance

I considered trying to go longer but since the f@st was unplanned in the first place I didnāt have goal so I feel pretty good about my progress
Although I havenāt lost ANY w3ight since starting the f@st, I am very much at a plateau, but it is the lowest I have been in years I think

Im SO happy with today, I had work in the morning and I made soup when I got home that was like 50c altogether but I ate part of it and then just had some tea and sugar free drinks

I slept all day and only ate dinner again, itās a method that seems to work for me because my sleep schedule is ass anyway, but i did gain because i ate more than i planned to yesterday - I had planned to eat ~1200-1500c anyway but I ended up b1nging and eating over 2k, but luckily I didnāt spiral and i am back to restr1cting as usual :D

I unintentionally managed to f@st all day, and then just had some sugar free drinks in the evening \o/ yay !
I will probably eat a more normal amount tomorrow because Iām trying to balance out a bit so Iām donāt keep cycling into b1nging
