Before Marcel Duchamp signed the infamous urinal, he’d already experimented with “readymades.” These mass-produced objects, which he chose, signed, and sometimes inscribed with mysterious phrases, were used to shake up the accepted norms of artistic creation.

Today we wish a happy birthday to Dorothy Norman, a Philadelphia-born artist, writer, and activist. Norman, who was born in 1905, collected photography at a time when few people did, and her gift to the Museum of more than 1,500 photographs includes a core group of exceptional pictures by other women artists. Learn more about Norman and see work by several other pioneering women photographers in “Another Way of Telling: Women Photographers from the Collection,” opening April 8 in the Perelman Building.

Because there will be one month full of Jeanmarco next, I want to concentrate on all the other wonderful characters I love for this month ;) there are 6 Month between those two (and yeah, it is the same like the last time xD Ken looks so cute, Hide looks like… ha, I dont know -.- I don´t like him there, but it´s okay, I don´t like anything right now).
