Changes

I got a new job. I start on March 23rd. I will no longer be working from home. I've been working from home for about 6 years now and with my company for about 7. Hopefully I remember how to have workplace chat and don't act like a mole woman (everyone is watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, right?)

We are going through a kitchen renovation starting today. I can hear them gutting everything now. I'm so excited but less excited about living like I am staying in a hotel for the next 4 weeks. I will be sure to share before/during/after pictures.

Neti pot update

I did it and feel about 50% better. A lot went down my throat/ out my mouth and I had Kevin confirm that I was tilting my head forward and not back. I'm not sure if it was because my blockage was extra bad or I did something wrong. Also Kevin said he saw lots of snot come out while I was doing it.

I've heard all the praise about the neti pot and that you should use boiled or bottled water, but my questions are about the actual process of using it. Does it feel like you are drowning? Do you just not breathe while pouring? Tell me everything I need to know because I will try anything right now.
