Why did they have to give Sonny a girlfriend just for them to break up? Like that is not fair to the girl.🤦‍♀️ He could have stayed single or maybe dated in s21 at at least and then let her go if they wanted to do Rollisi.

I totally agree with you! There are a few things that bother me about this. 

A) If they are really making Rollisi canon, it’s lazy writing. 

B) The fact that his girlfriend is black and an activist and potentially only being used for woke points, if Rollisi is becoming canon. 

I was so excited when I saw his girlfriend was black! But I’ve also seen lots of people on here and on twitter specifically be horrible and racist about both the character and the actual actress and that isn’t sitting right with me. 

Please let Sonny and Amanda grow with different partners, because if not we’re having another Bensler situation on our hands. Also as I have said before, they should have made Rollisi canon YEARS AGO. That ship has sailed by now. They keep assassinating Amanda’s character and frankly it makes me dislike Rollisi as a romantic ship even more.
