My latest digital piece that I made in Photoshop. I’m thinking of doing a series in this style with different themes. We’ll see how that goes! I do really like how this one turned out, and I loved working with a darker skin tone as well.

And another Jellyfish! This one is star/galaxy themed. I really love how this turned out. I was able to get pretty close to the original idea I had. Will probably make this into a print!
I thought I would give a little peak at our artist alley booth setup from our more recent conventions. My little sis @jasmindoodles and I, started doing artist alley together last year, and its has been a really cool learning process. We started with 8 prints and a few buttons, and have slowly been adding to our products, and overall table design. I even started selling some of my resin craft, which I thought I’d never do! Despite the late nights, and crazy con prep, Its been a great experience so far!
Another portrait! This time done in Photoshop! I actually followed one of @loish tutorials that a recieved with her first artbook. Its very much inspired by her amazing work!
I’m still trying to figure out which coloring style is best for me when I’m working in Procreate. These two drawings were good practice, and helped me find out a better way to streamline my workflow in the app. I really like how the ocean themed one turned out especially.
These were originally traditional pieces that I redid digitally, and honestly, I like the digital ones better.
Jellyfish! Or better said, Sea jelly? Anyway, really happy with how this one turned out. Done in Procreate.
Also, I love jellyfish, so you’ll definitely be seeing a couple more.
Some more flowery portraits done in Procreate!
So I participated in a few of the #drawthisinyourstyle challenges a little while back! They were great practice. All done in Procreate!

I got an Ipad pro earlier this year, and I’ve been learning how to use Procreate for digital art. Although I still prefer Photoshop over Procreate, its really cool to be able to work digitally on the go. These are just some of my first practice portraits I did on there.
I’m a bit behind with posting on here, so there will be a little bit of spamming. You have been warned!
I made this Pokémon button set for the artist alley my sister and I attended last month. I wasn’t really sure about the designs when I first started working on them, but I’m actually really happy with how these little guys turned out! 😊
Yay! More new art!
I finished this just in time to make it a print for the artist alley I attended a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been working on this piece off and on for a good while, so I’m really glad I finally finished it! :)
Legend of Zelda Buttons!
I made the character buttons for the artist alley I tabled at back in August. I then added the Triforce buttons so I could make button packs for the artist alley I attended this month. I have some more designs in the works, which I’ll be working on in the coming weeks, since me and my sis @jasmindoodles will be tabling at another convention in January. :)
So, I know this is super late, but these are the drawings I did for this years Inktober!
I really wanted to complete the challenge and have a drawing for each day, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to. Life got busy as usual, and I made a couple of mistakes this year that really hindered my progress with this challenge.
First, I was adamant about there being some color in each drawing. Black and white just doesn’t appeal to me, so I spent way to much time thinking about color schemes and trying to setup my first couple of drawings in a way that would allow me to add color easily. Bad idea. I’m a super slow artist. I spend way to much time thinking, planning, and procrastinating instead of actually drawing. This slowed me down at the beginning and then everything else got thrown off schedule. When I realized there was no way I’d finish inktober that way, I then decided to work with just black ink, and nothing else. It did help speed things up a lot, but it wasn’t enough to help me catch up.
That brings me to my second mistake. I decided to use a prompt list this year. I really thought a prompt list would help me come up with drawings quicker. Nope. Not a Chance. All I did was spend to waaay to much time trying to come up with a good idea or concept that would fit in with the prompt instead of actually drawing. -.-
I really think if I had started with just black ink, and had not used a prompt list, I might have been able to get farther in this challenge. I don’t know if I would have completed 31 drawings, but I would have done more that I did. Anyway, lesson learned. I know what I need to do, and what I don’t need to do to have a more successful inktober next year. Also, despite the set backs, I really did enjoy working on the few drawings I was able to complete this year. :)
tl;dr: Didn’t complete inktober. Too much thinking, not enough drawing.
Rey from Star Wars! I’ve been working on this for a few days and finally finished it! That’s another print ready for artist alley! The convention is almost here and I’m rushing to get as much new art done as possible! It’s been crazy!
I had the sketch for this on my computer for a while, and finally decided to work on the line art and color. It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but I do like the end result. Another piece ready for my first upcoming artist alley! 👍
Another piece for artist alley! I really like how this one turned out! I also have an alternate version of this, but I'm a little iffy about it still. I might post it later. :)
Bee and PuppyCat!
I’ve been working on this and few other artworks in preparation for my first ever artist alley! The convention I’ll be attending is just around the corner, so its been a mad dash to get things prepped! Best part is that I’ll be sharing my table and the whole experience with my little sis @jasmindoodles!
