3.5 days into a fast ⭐️ i hate the sick, weak feeling i get for the first hour every morning.

everytime i go to the store, the spicy chips are so tempting to me for some reason.

i kinda wanna ask my guy friend to go to the drive in theater on july 31st, because that’s when the new spiderman movie comes out. so i have from now, until then to lose as much weight as possible. wish me luck <3

i’ve kinda been in a binge cycle this week and i feel like i’m losing all of my progress. so for the next three days i’ll be ⭐️ing.

the scale says i’m 121.8lbs today but i know it’s lying to me.

why is my right wrist slightly smaller than my left? maybe i’m djing too much ✌️

in the hospital visiting my mom since she’s sick and i just broke my 85hr fast with a medium fry from mcdonald’s. i didn’t finish the fry but i still feel guilty about it. i don’t even usually go out to restaurants or eat fast food, and if i do then it’s a maximum of 4 times a year. so i know i shouldn’t be too hard on myself but it’s still weighing on me.

almost 79 hrs into a fast and i woke up feeling weak and sick, i still have to wash my hair so this should be hell.

im probably a terrible person for saying this but, since my mom has been hospitalized, i have more motivation to ⭐️ due to the immense amount of anxiety i have.

i miss being at my lowest weight, i’ll be back to myself soon.
