I painted Fulgrim as well, and yes, I used David Bowie as a reference because he's the hottest man to ever exist.

I love this, as a Make Up lover I like that McNeil made it canon that Slaaneshi Fulgrim wears make up, ok I dislike the fact that he did this for pervers Fulgrim became and that the make up is ugly. But the more I love this David Bowie inspired make up.

Because this makes it less make up in men/warriors= bad, pervert and more like a I express myself. Yes Fulgrim is a warrior first but he is an artist too. An artist who love entertainment and to show himself, which becomes even more clear through Slaanesh. And again because of that I love your Fulgrim with make up but "normal" expressive make up.

To add to this, I also got heavily inspired by the french nobility during the Rococo. How men wore makeup and drew beauty marks on themselves is completely on brand with Fulgrim imo 😅

HIS IS OLD (Like from two years ago?)

It's my friend's drow PC (a priestess of Lolth). I even designed a nasty dagger that opens once you stab someone with it for her. We never made it past a couple of sessions, adult life is hard.

I finished a class project that involved designing character selection screens, you have the final results in my blog, these are just the characters themselves.

I made some character selection screens for class. They are based on the Arthurian mythos.

I feel like Arthur himself and maybe Guinevere need a bit more work, but I didn't have much time to put everything together. This has been my second time doing pixel art too, and clearly backgrounds aren't my forte. But I'm more or less happy with the results.

From left to right: Arthur, Guinevere, Morgan Le Fay and the Lady of the Lake. There's also a little crazed Lancelot in the portraits.

I'll upload the character sprites separatedly too. Feel free to ask any questions about the character design choices.
