Trying new things
I went to the gym this morning- they gave me a free session with a trainer. I loved her :) She was great - she actually made me work out - she listened to what I liked and gave me something positive in my day. Â Personal Training is expensive but she seems like she knows what she is doing. Â She can teach me to eat properly so I can eat more and not gain weight. teach me to work out so I can just change my lifestyle and continue it... I think I need that - I need someone outside my husband and work... to talk to and working out is smart for me. Â
I have depression so working out helps... sometimes Im VERY depressed and working out will only help the slightest bit but I cannot imagine my day without that minuscule of help.... some days are just unbearable.  I’ve gone to therapy and that helps but I feel like I can talk to this trainer and she will let me vent and be honest about the things that bother me, all the while teaching me to eat and work out properly so I have something positive to concentrate on.
