I've just started on another journey, & even though I still use sticks & or a chair to get about I am a dolphin in the water, so the best form of exercise for me is swimming! It's starting slowly, very slowly but it will get better, I'll get stronger & I'll be able to swim for longer. I'd be the Queen if Waterworld were true!! #swimforlife #swimforfitness #swimforme

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we are amazing!! Our own self worth is generally in the toilet, we compare & judge ourselves against others who are doing the exact same thing! Just be the best being that you can be, if everyone did the same then we would be a much happier species!!!

There has been stuff all over Facebook & Instagram this week because Victoria Beckham posted a picture of her & their daughter Harper kissing each other on the lips. This picture has caused outrage from so many people saying it is perverted, wrong, disgusting & even child abuse. This has hit a nerve with me as I kiss my little boy on the lips all the time. I love him! I love him so much. Unconditional love! My Husband kisses him on the lips too! He loves him, he loves him so much! Unconditional love! I kiss my Mum on the lips, I am her child, she loves me, I love her! Unconditional love! I am a touchy feely tactile person! I hug & kiss my family & my friends. I am not afraid to show this affection to those I love. I won't be called a perverted, wrong, disgusting & definitely NOT a child abuser. The kiss I give to my Son is full of love, it is not sexual! It is affection & love! It's to show him how much I love him, that I am here for him & that he means so much to me!

Excited

I'm super excited for tomorrow as my journey to wellness continues. I will be at the gym, & once a week I have a personal trainer who will help me lose the extra pounds I gained after my last operation due to reduced mobility. I have found that of all the things to do in a gym I thoroughly enjoy boxing, lets me get out all that pent up aggression!! Swimming is also amazing & I'm up to 38 lengths, so that will be 40 tomorrow - I fm aiming for a mile a day, swimming is best for me as it's easy on the old bones!! I'm also taking photos of myself every week, in order to push myself harder, as I loathe what I have become!! #wellness #bmigoals #focus #battle #happiness
