I'm not very good at character design because I basically just go "LETS THROW SOME UNEXPLAINED CLOTH ON THEM, COOL, WE'RE DONE". In my fantasy world, people will wear nothing but blankets.

Also, you know those moments when you are just so incredibly satisfied with the lineart, you fear colouring it would ruin everything? Yeah.
