“Okay, Auntie Rachel!”  The young child exclaimed, sitting next to her aunt. Elizabeth knew she had automatic permission to cuddle her aunt as she did with her Auntie Ann. Besides, she was basically her fifth child.  “Uncle Vinnie told me you love these flowers, so I wanted to pick them just for you! Maybe when you’re better we can go pick more flowers together!” She looked up into her aunt’s eyes with a large grin.

Rachel smiled as Elizabeth cuddled up next to her. Of course she considered Elizabeth and Edward as her own children, just as she was sure that Francis and Alexis considered her and Vincent's children as theirs as well.

"I do! Thank you very much." She glanced over at the flowers. They lifted her spirits greatly. She tended to get a little bit sad when she was stuck in doors due to her illness. "Of course we can go pick some when I'm better.”

“Do you think the flowers will grow properly?” Elizabeth asked, setting the cornbells and honeysuckles into the vase. “I picked these just for you, Auntie Rachel!” She exclaimed.

Elizabeth knew about her aunt’s asthma being detrimental around the spring time. She loved surprising her with new, blooming flowers from the outside. Something she would do for Astré as well.

She handed her the little pink vase, hoping it would cheer her up.

Having been stuck in bed for the past several days usually causes some sadness so it always cheered Rachel up to have visitors. So when Elizabeth entered the room carrying a little vase of flowers, she couldn’t help but smile.

“I'm sure if we water them and keep them in the sunlight, they will grow just fine." Rachel examined the flowers carefully before setting them on the bedside table. She patted the spot next to her on the bed. "Come sit with me for a while, Elizabeth."

I’m back. Hiatus is over for all my blogs. I have been working on some threads but I couldn’t manage to get any finished during vacation and it seems that I’m finally awake enough after the long travel home to actually get to work. @swxrdsheath @sxcrificebride @ladyphantxmhive

Hi! Meg here to announce a super short semi-hiatus. I’m going on vacation for the rest of the week. I should be back Sunday, but also after Monday, my activity will be limited to the afternoon as I will be returning to work.

"Happy Valentines day, mummy! Look what me and Astre made you!" Ciel held up a rather colorful card with drawings from both children on the front along with the inside writing happy mother's day from both as well.

She took the card from the child. Looking at it already made her smile before she had even opened it up. Once she had finished looking at the card, she set it down on a nearby table before bending down to pull Ciel into a hug. “Thank you, Ciel. I love it. I think this is the best card you boys have drawn.”

"Happy Mama Day!" The little boy said with a sheepish smile as he wrapped his arms around her leg and hugged her.

Rachel laughed at how cute her little son was being, before leaning down to ruffle his hair. “Thank you very much, Astre. Having you as my son makes me feel like the luckiest mama in the world.”
