Just a rant/headcanon moment.

Hannah is the one who tells Claude about Luka calling Alois "Your Highness," right? But if you notice, Hannah never calls him that. She sticks to just calling him "master". I have a theory as to why that is. Basically I think either Alois (or Claude) has barred her from saying that due to how much he cannot stand her or something like that. Obviously, it would have been a bit eyebrow raising if she had been the first one to use it, but once Claude starts calling him that it would be fair game for anyone to use, but Hannah doesn't use it.

Anyway, that's the reason my Hannah never uses "Your Highness." Unless, of course, she is told to do otherwise.

alois’ first reaction to hearing someone set down a tray was excitement - it meant claude was here, but sudden disappointment when he saw that it was only his maid. he looked SAD, almost; alois enjoyed his company most, that was obvious, and claude always knew how he liked his tea, and what kind of biscuit he liked to eat with it. small things like that. ‘ eugh.. it’s just you. where’s claude ? why hasn’t he brought me tea ? ’ what else would he have to do with his time ?

"He said that he had other matters to attend to currently, but he did not wish to make you wait on your tea." And she was happy enough to follow that specific order. It had been awhile since she had been around Alois, and usually she was not alone. It did sadden her a bit to see him disappointed in her presence but at this point she was kind of used to it. It would be more concerning if he was happy to see her.

Hannah stood inside the doorway for a moment, holding the tray of tea. It was surprising that Claude, who was usually so hands-on despite his apathetic nature, would hand over such a task to her. She quietly entered the room, setting down the tray on a nearby table, before finally speaking. "Master... I brought you tea."

Despite any issues their masters may have with each other, she thought that Sebastian was interesting enough. "Though, I do wonder what your reason for this is..."
