Hi do u have post or something explaining hclf? I'm vegan just vegan. I eat anything vegan and I'm aware that there are various vegan 'diets' but they all confuse me. Thanks

HCLF stands for high carb low fat which means that you do not eat a lot of fat. For example I don't cook with oil, I don't eat deep-fried food etc.On the other hand I eat a lot of carbs (rice, potatoes, fruit, veggies, legumes). I also prefer eating whole foods instead of processed stuff. Hope that helped ☺️
