In my academic downfall era 😍😍😍
"i care about you, asami, more than i've ever cared about anyone"
hate it.
Borrow books, share pdfs, email ebooks. Understand that academia is expensive. Make it more accessible, help someone gain knowledge. Dismantle the disparity with second-hand books and hand-me-downs. Share. Share. Share.
I am so over having pcos it feels like I am going through puberty again but it is ten times worse because I have adult responsibilities and I don’t have time to wallow in my emotions
Having PCOS is great because you'll find medical articles that are "People with PCOS are gross fat yucky hairy freaks who can't even properly have babies ://" and then continue with "they also have much higher rates of depression, for unknown reasons"
Surely it isn't due to the fact every time people with PCOS try to get help for their symptoms they instead get recommended hair laser removal over it?? Or get told weight is the problem when PCOS is specifically making any weight loss much harder??
I've straight out been called a hermaphrodite by a medical professional because I mentioned I'm not bothered by my body hair, for fucks sake
Pcos being renamed to pmos is fitting because it's Pissing Me Off Syndrome
there used to be things to watch on youtube
I need you sapphics to pick this book up RIGHT NOW!!!
It is my favorite book of all time. I read it first in October and I am rereading it for the third time now, I have never reread a book in my life btw so that’s pretty telling.
It is definitely unhinged and ridiculous, but in a self-aware manner so it is not cringe in the slightest. You get found family, great side characters, horny lesbians battling with religious guilt and cannibalistic urges, you get cool Scottish folklore and a beautiful cinematic setting. What more could you ask for?
I hope I convinced at least one person to pick this up🙏
cursed with "do you still like me?" "are you mad at me?" "did i do something wrong?" disorder
God I love her
