Cousin or Foe? || Ilenia & Andrea
Ilenia moves down the streets of New York gracefully, her black Louboutin heels clicking against the pavement. Her left arm swung as she walked, her right arm fastened on the handle of her Chanel handbag, swung over her shoulder. She moved swiftly through the crowds, hovering and swiftly moving through the crowd of people walking towards her.
What a beautiful week to be in New York, Ilenia thought with a smile, it's about time I finally escaped Mystic Falls and my dreadful cousin. She grinned at the thought and continued to thread through the crowds of people. Speaking of Katherine, I wonder if she's having a good time at the bottom of a lake. The thought peeked her curiosity and caused her to let out a hoarse laugh.
She continued to slip through the crowds of people, eyeing a few of the tasty-looking ones. And then, out of nowhere, a familiar face seemed to pass through the crowd. Long, dark, chestnut brown hair, curly, strung down her shoulders. Her face was lit up, with dark brown chocolate eyes, a smile. She was dressed nicely, petite and tight, walking with grace and dignity. Ilenia took in a deep whiff of air. Vampire. Katherine had returned for her.
She wanted to move but she could not. She felt the dread pool in her. She would kill her. She would kill her this instant. She winced, watching as the woman advanced her, with a smile on her face. And then... She just continued walking by her. Ilenia's eyebrows creased and she took in a deep breath, confused. She turned around and watched the woman continue to walk. That couldn't have been Katherine, she would have killed me. It wouldn't have been Elena either. Ilenia took in a deep breath and continue to follow the woman through the crowd, watching as she moved towards a small coffee shop. She was determined to find out who this woman was.
Cooling Of The Embers || Ilenia & Katherine
Katherine runs, and runs, and runs… until she’s absolutely certain that the vampire woman isn’t chasing her. She slows down and comes to a full stop at the side of the road, panting heavily as her body tries to catch it’s breath. Her hair is damp from sweat, and loose strands cling to her cheeks. Just a short distance away, no more than say maybe five hundred yards, she sees the outlines of buildings beyond the trees. Sighing, she continues to walk in that direction—no longer running, as her body is way too worn out for that. All this universe hopping is really taking it’s toll, she hisses quietly inside her mind. And I better not run into another supernatural freak. I only have one laser gun left and I can’t afford to be blowing that one up too.
Her body, tinged and burned, lay stuck the trees. Embers cackled around her, her clothes and hair tinged with ash. Everything smelled horribly burnt. Skin, hair, clothes, trees, leaves. It smelled like death. A horribly-stenched death. Yet through it, Ilenia raised herself higher onto the branch. Her body crunched, lungs screaming for clean oxygen. She stared at the dying flames around her, listening to the sound of her skin scream as new layers began to build above the old ones and prevent infection.
Her muscles screamed with pain, and she took in a deep breath. Ilenia was hundreds of years old, she wouldn't be put down with a flame. Only a dagger to the heart would do. Or the sunlight. But she had her daylight ring, so that wasn't much of an issue. But right now she had a giant wooden branch stuck through her upper thigh. She had to get it out. It was the only thing preventing her from fully healing. She had to lift it out.
"I'll count to three." She whispered to herself, her eyes shutting tightly. She put all of her strength on her arms, which lifted up her body, giving her slack to lift her leg.
"One... Two... Three!" She lifted her leg with a swift movement, and let out a scream of pain. The branch slid out of the giant hole in her leg and her body swung over on the large branch. Blinding pain shot through her body, causing her to bite down on her tongue, hard enough to draw blood. Her whole body shook and she could fear the tears building up in her eyes. But there was relief to it as well. As soon as her leg lifted, new skin and tissues began to rebuild over her wound. She was healing, slowly but surely.
This is all her fault. Naomi. Naomi's fault. And I'm going to do everything in my power to make us even, leg for leg. Perhaps maybe I'll even take her heart. The pitiful human bitch. She thought to herself, her body helplessly laying against the branch as the tissue on her leg finished healing, as well as the burnt skin and tinged hair on the rest of her body.
"I don’t believe we have." He stated. “Eric Northman." He replied, accepting her hand, shaking it briskly.
"I believe I should have already made your acquaintance, especially to a..." She sniffed the air, taking in his vampiric scent with a grin. "Species such as mine." She pursed her lips together, letting her hip rest against the corner.
"Well hello there." Ilenia smiled, rather friendly, as she looked over to the teenage boy who was watching her.
Craving A Snack || Ilenia & Nathaniel
"No." He stated firmly in response. “Not a threat, but a fact." He met her gaze, stone-faced and impassive. He could sense her hunger, see the bloodlust that swirled in every vampires eyes. He had met only one vampire that he trusted and he only did so because an angel did too. His prejudice against most races had been dulled by his time on Earth, but not this one. “The light of the sun flows through my veins. So, unless you want me to be your last supper, I suggest you look for a snack elsewhere."
The light of the sun? Ilenia let out a cocky laugh, one of her eyebrows raising. What was this guy on? She impatiently clicked the end of her heel to the ground, numerous times, before she clasped her hand together. She could feel the blood stirring in her veins, pulsing as all instincts screamed and wailed lunge but she couldn't bring herself to it. Not to him. This was such an odd feeling... She let out an irritated growl, clenching her fists. "What are you?"
Hi guys! Finally back from break and ready to continue roleplaying here. c:
It's going to take me a while to respond to threads, messages and such so sorry, I'm just taking my time here.
lamiarubei is a brilliant new roleplayer. She’s only been around a short while, but in the time that I’ve been doing threads with her she’s proven herself to be an amazing mun with a fabulous character.
I'm taking some time off of the Internet for a while, going out into the real world. Won't be roleplaying for a while. Contact me if you still want to talk. \o/

“Hello, miss.”
"I don't believe we've met before... Or at least I haven't seen you around these parts of town." She pursed her lips upwards, into a smile. "Ilenia Petrova." She smiled, offering out her hand.
"Why hello."

Bazel looked up at the woman with a smile, taking her empty glass and starting to clean it out for the next round of customers. “It was fun, yes. I think it’d be nice to have some company.” She nodded. “See you around some time, yea?”
"I would absolutely love that." Ilenia smiled, reaching into the pocket of her red pea coat softly. She pulled out a small black card and set it down onto the desk. It was scrawled with silver Times New Roman letters, and a cursive signature. 'Ilenia Petrova, Official & Others.' Her number was beneath that, along with the signature. "I will surely see you around, Bazel Banner."
Craving A Snack || Ilenia & Nathaniel
Nathaniel stood, unmoving as his senses told him that the woman staring at him was an enemy of the sun. Darkness and bloodlust radiated from her and the Demi-god concentrated on making his glow more visible. His blue eyes had turned gold and he channelled the power of the sun through his body in an attempt to create a huge ‘back-off’ signal. But she approached regardless. He allowed her to speak, but ignored her polite tone, snapping back with unwarranted hostility. “One drop of my blood and you’ll burn up in seconds.” He spat, without looking at her. “That’s if you even get that far.”
Ilenia pressed her lips together, in a firm, red line. She was confused and undecided. The man who appeared before her seemed like any normal human. He smelled normal and he had a pulse. He was surely not related to any witches around here, or else she would be able to smell the blood difference. He sure smelled tasty, so he couldn't have been a werewolf. But how did he know she was a vampire? Her eyebrows creased together. And he threatened her. Was he a vampire hunter? It wasn't as if Ilenia was following him or something. Then he would obviously know. It was just a somewhat brief crossing of paths. Ilenia ground her teeth together. This wasn't tonight's supper.
"Is that a threat?" Ilenia pursed her lips together, legs overlapping each other and she took short, cautioned strides to where he was standing. She stopped three meters away, and looked him dead in the eye.
Craving A Snack || Ilenia & Nathaniel
Ilenia was staring at the man, her eyes running over her teeth very slowly. She was hungry, that was an obvious, it had been over a week now and she just couldn't take it any longer. She was in a playful mood, she knew that, and she desperately craved the blood that pulsed in his veins. But there was something different about this man, something that she could not understand. Ilenia wondered if he was a warlock. It could be possible, of course. She walked over slowly, so that they were several meters away, and looked at him, to the side.
"Hello. Are you new around here? I don't believe I've seen you before."
