<I disagree.>
Hah. As if he could do such a thing.
Oh dear, that seems like a mess.

Hmm, well… I see lots of the same people posting, so hopefully not. But it’s still sad for that girl…
Thanks goodness, right? It’d be so horrible of any of the people here were to suddenly disappear...
error7o7:
Aaah, I hope so. T_T I guess I’ll keep an eye out for more news…
That is a good idea. It’s quite scary thinking somebody might’ve done something horrible that night...It could’ve been one of the people online here who could’ve gotten hurt even!

Yeah, I think that’s what happened to me. It was very loud and I think the fire alarm went off at one point but other than that I don’t know what happened. T_T;;;
Strange. It certainly sounds like a lot of strange things happened. Hopefully they’ll find out what happened to that poor girl!

Oh, that’s good! I was there the whole time and I didn’t even know someone went missing…
Well, it was a big party with a lot of loud noise. It was probably very easy to miss something until it was too late.
error7o7:
Huh… That’s weird.
But sad!!! Really sad. I thought it was getting chaotic there. T_T
Tragic, really. Luckily I managed to get out before things became too chaotic for my tastes.

What?? Someone went missing??
Oui. Apparently her friends were looking for her, but her body washed up on the beach today.
Oh dear. It seems that they have found the body of the girl that went missing during the Halloween party!

a night at the opera || crowley & claudia
“My idea of ruining the night is not being able to see this show,” said Crowley, a wink on his face to indicate his joking tone. He dodged the legs of a particularly tall man, shooting him a look until he tucked them back in. “I wouldn’t call this show ‘catching up’ really. It’s not as modern as you’re thinking it is.” He said it matter-of-fact, acutely aware of the time period Claudia was last ‘active’ being considerably farther than the last decade.
He laughed, though it was hollow. “Yeah, well… There’s a difference between playing a game and picking a fight with people who do more war than games.” He frowned, clearly more on the side of enjoying games than the alternative. That’s what he had been doing for the past few centuries, after all.
Crowley sat down next to her, glancing at his ticket only after sitting down. “Mmm.” He stood up again and hopped past her into the other seat beside her. “I should have checked that before letting you go first…” He muttered, more to himself than her, as he straightened out his jacket. “Shouldn’t be long. I waited around up front, just in case.” He held out his hands in front of him, palms up, and nodded. “Which was the right thing to do, since you did end up being able to make it.”
“Still, this is one I haven’t seen yet. That counts as catching up,” she argued. “Besides, modern culture is so...much.” A pause as she tried to find a suitable word for it and failing. “There’s so much of it, and it’s all so...low culture. I don’t understand how anyone could stand it, day in day out. Just the sheer stupidity of their reality shows-- the amount of people I’ve seen embarrassing themselves auditioning for cheap talent shows..” She shook her head disapprovingly.
For a moment Claudia considered pointing out that she had been playing games all her life. It had been perhaps the second thing she’d been taught, righter after stop drinking when the heart stops beating. She’d learned through observation and experimentation and honed her craft and grown out of it-- to wage wars would be a game on a much grander scale. But even she knew that it’d be too cocky. “I’ll be careful,” she said instead, before adding: “Besides, there are plenty of other things to keep me occupied right now. There is so much I can explore now.”
Claudia drew her legs in to make it easier for Crowley to pass, hiding a giggle behind her hand. “You should’ve.” She made herself comfortable, eyes on the stage in front of them as she mulled over Crowley’s words. She didn’t bother to suppress the little, surprised smile. “Thank you,” she settled on eventually, and as the lights started to dim: “I appreciate it.”
