I wasn't sure whether or not to post this. Its taken a while for me to feel brave enough to. I'd gone through a stage (as I'm sure most of us have) of not feeling confident enough in myself or feeling happy with my appearance. But as I was reminded of by my wonderful boyfriend, this type of thinking is not something I stand with. I don't agree with putting eachother or ourselves down with the way we think. And to champion a mindset like this, I have to start with me.
