Gotta love how voltron was dead for months but everyone came together and revived it's decaying corpse just to celebrate Lance's birthday, lol. We stan

Fun fact: Lance was actually the reason why I started watching VLD in the first place... and one of the many reasons why the show began to lose its ratings is because the writers felt the need to make Lance constantly demoted for comedy relief in later seasons 🤮😷

So, even though Lance was treated terribly throughout the show and robbed of a better arc, I still watched it for him, and he always made it better because of the potential he had. Lance, to me, definitely made the show worth watching, despite the fact the writers decided not to develop his character arc further...

In short, fuck canon. The fandom loves Lance, and that’s all I care about. He deserves all the love and validation that he never got. PERIODT.
