Had a grand time in Paris & Dubrovnik!
Hotel in Paris was excellent, perfect location and stylish, just down Champ d’Mars from Eiffel Tower…absolutely perfect hotel. Dubrovnik hotel was along coastline overlooking sea. Lovely hotel and you got us a sea view room, beautiful!
We took boats from Dubrovnik to a few very nice beaches and enjoyed our time at them as well. Weather was great, and flying over on Tyrolean Airways was wonderful and much better than when we flew back on United. Your private transfers worked out perfectly, always on time and exactly where they were supposed to be. I can’t say enough how great everything was and everything you arranged & booked was excellent. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time in Greece. We were pleasantly surprised that most of the Greek people spoke English. In addition, wherever we went, the food and wine were excellent especially the wine and we miss it.
I highly recommend the hotel in Athens. It was only 2 short blocks away from the Plaka and we loved the Plaka section. The hotel had a pool and a spectacular view of the Acropolis. This hotel was an ideal location for us. The Acropolis was awesome. You can easily walk to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis plus see Hadrian’s Arch and the Temple of Zeus from the hotel.
We recommend the 3 day tour that we took. We had a chance to experience the peninsula and the mountain regions. It was great. Olympia and the first Olympic village was awesome. It was an amazing feeling to run in the area where the first Olympics were held. Just wondering the tour was separated into 2 groups. One group stayed at the better hotels and that is the ones we stayed at. Did you do this for us because hotels were fantastic with great meals and better views from each room’s balcony.
We really enjoyed our cruise on the Harmony V. We liked the atmosphere of the yacht and became friends with a couple from Australia and California. We enjoyed visiting all of the islands. Our favorite island was the small island of Hydra and wished we could have spent more time there instead of Naplion. Santorini proved too crowded for us. Other favorite islands were Mykonos and Crete. We had a wonderful time swimming on the beach in Crete.
You were right about the winds. We had to do the cruise in reverse. One night it was so rough Steve rolled from one side of the bed to the other, but we laughed about it.
Steve and I want to thank you for all your help in making this a fabulous vacation, but Italy is still our favorite.

El Dorado Maroma, Riv. Maya, Mexico: (Cabo reprotection)
Busy with these Cabo re-protections this week! A Honeymoon couple who were all set to head to Cabo in a few weeks had to change their plans. After going back and forth with them discussing different resorts in different destinations with my boss all week, I was given this to handle. I thought we were going to send them to the Grand Velas in Puerto Vallarta, but those plans changed yesterday when the couple decided they wanted to go instead to the Riv. Maya area and find a romantic adults only all inclusive.
Honestly I had my mind set on securing one of the Secrets or Excellence resorts down there, but I quickly found they were all sold out already. Everyone is urgently re-booking clients that were going to Cabo, and resorts elsewhere are filling up and selling out. Finding my preferred options sold out, I got lucky when I saw El Dorado Maroma had some rooms left. I jumped in excitement (ok I didn't real jump)...but was thrilled to find this.
Not only is the El Dorado Maroma a very secluded romantic adults only resort, but it is also on Maroma Beach. Maroma Beach is yearly rated one of the best beaches in the world. I immediately went to work on this and was able to secure a Honeymoon Suite here!

After discussing this with the clients and giving them all the details, they called back shortly after and accepted. In the process I was also able to save them over $1,200 on the price they were paying in Cabo.
So after a week of pricing and research by my boss, this came to me and I was able to handle this with such efficiency and in the process made the clients pleased and happy to find a place they will love & have a great romantic honeymoon!
I booked them the all inclusive gourmet program with the honeymoon extras included. They are going to have a great time!

Riu Palace Mexico, All Inclusive: Riv. Maya (Cabo reprotection)
Re-booked my clients who were all set to go to Cabo San Lucas and stay at the Riu Santa Fe. From what I seen/heard of Cabo, I was not going to advise any clients to go there in the current situation(common sense)... So acting quickly I re-protected & secured reservations at the Riu Palace Mexico in the Riv. Maya area of Mexico.
Not only did I get them into the Riu Palace Mexico, but did so at no additional cost. As the Riu Palace was going to cost a bit more the Riu Santa Fe. Riu was offering to move my clients to a different Riu resort but not in the Palace class. I expected initially that my clients would have to pay the difference, but with a little convincing Riu waived the difference!
So in the end I feel my clients will have a superior vacation, staying in the newly renovated Riu Palace Mexico. The rooms are redesigned in modern style, doing away with the Riu traditional styled rooms. Everything about this resort is modern & sharp now. The pools, restaurants, accommodations and more.

We had clients in Cabo as Odile hit yesterday, happy that they are safe and out of danger. Odile hit the resort zone head on as a cat.4 storm and smacked Cabo's resorts and towns with full force & strong rains. Major damage to nearly all resort hotels, as most will be closed until further notice. I have clients scheduled to head down later this month, but I'm awaiting to see if the airline & vacation supplier will be putting out rebooking or change policies before acting and costing my clients everything. But if these press shots are any indication it don't look good.
I've been informed by a source of mine that most resorts are without clean water or electric currently, and roads are flooded and washed out.
I had no idea this was being considered, ... hmmm
