Lunch today : Staba. Thanks to eating at salad at McD on Thursday, I got "glutened". Even though I scraped away the flour and ate the "naked chicken". I don't even know how it got so bad with so little. Maybe they put wheat into the meat as well. Who knows. Anyway, I feel like shit. Thursday I had the whole "annoyed-aggressive-sad-shaky" thing going on within the first few hours. Friday was ok, but yesterday depression got me and I just didn't want to touch food after 1pm. So this morning after a shower my blood sugar was so low, I hurried into the kitchen and grabbed some gluten free bread... I guess right on time. My roomies gf gave me water. Since then migraine. I still wanted to leave the house and translate a bit. But honestly, all those different languages around me make it hard to even think. Yesterday a woman ran screaming onto the streets and in front of several cars, when the train was too full to take her. Today some gramps in orange hot pants with no teeth and one in pink skinny jeans discussed money on the tram. Craycray Barbie girl in pink with her tummy out skipped down the street in her uggs.
