i fear this might be controversial but i lowkey feel like having an adult timeline is restricting how far the show can go. like i wish it just them surviving and a flashback timeline where we could learn more about the characters lives and childhoods…

#unfortunately I agree #the most impactful aspect of the adult timeline for me was Shauna and her relationship with Callie #and then the reveal at the reunion #I miss the flashbacks we’d get #and the time jump was jarring #also what are we doing with tai and van in the adult timeline

Slasher movie remakes have done this weird pivot, where they suck all the personality out of their slashers and make them stock “big bad with weapon” villains. (I’m looking at you TCM 2022).

LET THE VILLAINS HAVE PERSONALITY. Let them be a little goofy. A little silly.
