Every other pope has used a throne for the Holy See. Francis replaced the ornate object with THE SAME CHAIR THAT EVERY OTHER LEADER WHO VISITS THE VATICAN USES. This was an action that created a considerable stir, as one might imagine. It was a significant remark, metaphorically, putting the pope at the same level as every other world leader. No greater a man than his peers.

And after all of that, he sees a little kid run past him and lets him sit in the freaking Holy See.

And no one stops him.

Very frustrating

Last night after basically throwing myself at my husband for the last week and a half with little to no response I told him that I'm not going to try anymore until he shows some interest. I wish I knew what was going through his head that he has absolutely no sex drive at all. I've told him what I want and the fact that we haven't had any type of sexual contact in 2 months is very frustrating, especially since he agreed to start trying for a baby this month and that requires sex. I have a strong sex drive and right now I'm incredibly frustrated. Doing it for yourself can only get you so far :(

Glee season 6

So I finally watched the first 2 episodes of Glee today and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. The biggest thing isn't everyone coming back even though they all have lives and in some cases serious careers or even the fact that we have no idea why Emma wasn't with her husband and baby at all, but I think everyone has the same big issue...Klain. I mean really? Really? After the writers worked to get us to forgive the cheating and accept them as a couple again and then they had the big engagement episode. All of a sudden they broke up and Blain is with the gay bully with the obsession with Kurt? Nope, I'm not buying it. The only way this works for me is if Korofsky is only dating Blain to gain access to Kurt and then there's some type of stalker thing happens. That would bring Klain back together because Blain realizes he's being used and that Kurt is really the one. So hopefully things are better in the 3rd episode but I'm not holding my breath.

So the husband and I had a chat several months ago and agreed that we'd start trying for a baby in the new year. It's the new year and I'm off of my birth control. There's only one problem, we need to have sex to get pregnant which will give us this baby. Can someone please tell my husband that a vital part of a relationship is healthy sex life?
