Been working through my gigantic gaming backlog since a car accident in 2023 re-ignited my gaming obsession.

from what I understand, Clesker is an older ship that some fans have picked back up on. The voice acters ship them so that's part of the fun XD

Yes! I love the comments the CVR Wesker VA has made in regards to the ship. And if I remember correctly even the CVR novel made hints towards it. Its fun~

And believe you me, as soon as that remake drops the ship is definitely going to see a revival ^_^

One of these days I'm gonna get my brain to work and write that Raimi Peter video essay on how he's actually a really complex character who is misunderstood by both sides.

He's not a "simp" or a "chad". He's a young adult who was coddled as a child due to circumstances out of his control and who's naivety often makes him forget the world outside of him. It's clear that Peter is slightly selfish even when he's not trying to be because he has given himself a responsibility that no one should take, let alone a 18 year old boy.

It's only at the end of Spider-Man 2 when MJ finally makes him see her as a person not as a far away idol that he can get somewhere and even then he still needs to learn what to do.

Adding onto this post I want to state that anyone who thinks Raimi MJ is a bad character or "cheated" on Peter is stupid. Her and Peter don't get into a relationship until the final fucking frame of the 2nd film and even then he's acting like a massive tool (one the reasons I don't like that film tbh)

Plays more into Raimi Peter's worldview I think that he feel in love with someone and stuck to her yet this traditional worldview actually hurt his relationship with MJ. See the poetry scene.

People using Re6 and how that was the first time Chris and Sherry met as an attack on Claire makes me pissed

Like I'm sorry when did Chris last have a day off... when did Sherry? How about Claire I highly doubt their schedules for off time matched the others? And Chris willingly taking time off is something that I cannot see happening without force

And that's not even touching on the time where Sherry spent time in government custody. Like fuck off.
