Thinking about how Fiora really didn't have much of an education growing up until she was taken in by Madonna Solari and the courtesan she worked under who taught her how to at least read and write. Fiora knows French conversationally but her pronunciation is lacking until she improves it much later on in life and picks up Spanish.
By the time she has worked under Solari as a courtesan rather than a maid, she had further developed her skills as a conversationalist and her skills as a companion. Fiora gained most of her clients' favor by sheer force of personality and wit.
It isn't until she begins working with the Borgia Family and by that extent the Templar Order does she learn more about philosophy, the art world at large, politics both local and some foreign (but not too much), she can recite poetry by memory but has no real love for it or singing and is a moderately skilled dancer.
