Has anyone explained or figured out where jack frost's "hee-ho" phrase comes from? I always assumed it was a reference to "heigh ho" from disney's snow white, but I've heard it described as a "nonsense phrase".

I have no idea! This is something I've never even thought of before.

Heigh Ho is ハイ・ホー in JP as opposed to ヒーホー. Sometimes you'll see it romanized as HEE HAW but that would actually be ヒーハー.

Wait. The tiny fairy girl has bird wings, aparently uses wind magic, and is wearing those sandals... uh, is there any variation of tengu that's supposed to look like a little girl?

Yeah, I've noticed details on her like her hairstyle that looks approximately like a kendama, and her happi.

Could be some kind of tengu. Not many Japanese people speculating about it on Twitter. I'm leaning towards her being something else.

You probably don't know the artist but do you know who the artist of the really first Megami Tensei game is, and do you know if there's more artwork for first MT other than what was found in the manual? Also I remember stumbling upon an interview magazine of MT FC at the web. I can't remember if you're the one who share it but I did remember it having some demon artwork at the cover, though I can't remember if some of them were different or if all of it is the same from the manual.

Good question! I'm pressed for time but you could probably look at the MT1 credits (not Kyuuyaku) to find an artist name. Beyond the instruction booklet, I think MT1 has at least one strategy guide so if there's more it'd be in there!
