The larval sniffles (wait, does she have a nose??) and nods. "O-Okay, I'll believe you..." She gives a weak little laugh. "I bet I'm old enough to be your mommy, huh?"

He keeps running towards the edge of the forest, past long dead trees, their trunks coloured by the gray decay of death.

"WooOOOooOOoo~!" She laughs as her voice is shaken whenever he takes a step.

"Trees, pretty treeees."

"-No! You’re not bothering me at all I’m just sorry for mentioning it!" Rin snuggles her head onto the others hair.

"… They sure don’t… It’s okay really! You aren’t alone! I’m here from now on and I’m sure the others will be too! I’m sure of it!"

She squeaks, clinging as tightly as she can. The force of a head is much greater when you yourself are only a head and some legs.

"Thank... you... But I'm still scared, 'cause what if there's another plague? All my friends and mommy were gone after that."

"Sure." He nods, " Just hold on tight! It’s gonna be a bit rough."

He takes off at a brisk run.

Frantically the princess attempts to spin them both around in twirls. “-W-well it’s okay! I haven’t seen my own mom in ages! It’ll come! People are around and make wonderful company around here you know!”

Despite the moment of fun dizziness, she looks...

She nuzzles into the girl's clothes, whimpering. "I don't want to bother you... I'm never gonna see her, though..." The larval looks up, crying a little. "Poppies don't work like people say."

"What do you say about getting out of this dark place first?"  Len asks

"I don’t recall being a larval ever. Though there are a lot of people who look and sound like me! Maybe she’s around?"

"N-No, I was just curious. I met some Rins that were and some that weren’t, that’s all." She looks a little uncomfortable.

"Nope. Not anywhere." The larval sighs; the castle atmosphere combined with meeting a Rin made her sort of sad. "Not for a looong time. She's still happy, though. I think. She said she was. I hope so."

"We’re both amazing!" He replied. He thought for a second then questioned. "Have you by any chance, seen any Larval Lens?"

"Nuh-uh, I haven't. I haven't seen any other larvals, ever."
