Sometimes, all it takes to spark the flame of creativity is a set of well merchandised mermaid lunch boxes in a grocery store. But not this time. No. This was inspired by something much greater, and maybe also by the lunch boxes.

A different kind of #yoga aka #jenga -- I got "blind man" -- this piece was pulled with eyes closed -- this rowdy, inappropriate group didn't make it easy but I got it! #score

Because your parents didn't teach you how to say things like "now put your leg behind your head." But you want to teach yoga in Spanish! If you're feeling called to teach yoga in Spanish I encourage you to follow your inner guidance. When I had the vision of teaching in Spanish it seemed like it "came out of nowhere." However, I followed it, and it has opened numerous doors that otherwise would've remained closed. Most notably it has given me the opportunity to host a weekly yoga segment on TV! That means I teach 30,000 people on a weekly basis on @vidamujer through @unichicago -- Many of our viewers are not on social media and are definitely not hitting up the local yoga studios. But my language skills have allowed me to go to where they are, in a way that's convenient for them, and deliver the magic of yoga! There are more students out there.
