Good ‘ol Woody Guthrie, the legendary musician whose guitar was equally famous for it’s inscription “This machine kills fascists”, wrote this song in the 1950′s about one Frederick Trump. Yes, and this machine kills commies in the Fallout ‘verse, so hey, I managed to connect them!
*ahem* Anyways, racism and general cruelty has a long history in this family, and New Yorkers always knew that Donny was cut from the same cloth as his father. In fact, one of his first media statements was regarding his racism, and of course he denied it then, too. It’s why he was never invited anywhere that other rich and “elite” folks in NYC were, and it’s partly why he pushed his brand so much elsewhere, as all these other people wouldn’t know about his awfulness. (and that list is outdated and ONLY covers 2011 up to 2018!)
But, yeah. They’ve been scheming, conning and pouring gas onto the flames of hatred for 150 years now, as well as avoiding military and public service, too. Oh, and hypocrisy, don’t forget the hypocrisy, as Fred Sr. above, Trump’s grandfather, not only was dodging service and was going to be deported, but he was an unaccompanied minor. Yup! Think about that for a moment.
