so lately ive been just. watching nier & playing octopath traveler and..that’s abt it. and with swsh only a few days away, it’s...really unlikely be any more active. but im sure when i get active again, i’ll definitely have more verses

cassandra swallows down an oblivious, “i am?” that is their knee jerk reaction, knowing that that certainly wouldn’t be a sufficient reply to edelgard’s heartfelt words. instead, their expression softened into a warm smile, and they ruffled the emperor’s hair lightly before giving into their more maternal instincts and pulling her into a hug. 

“good,” they murmur, just loud enough for edelgard to hear. despite knowing, on a logical level, that edelgard held great strength within her, all cassandra could think of in that moment was how small the emperor looked. “love is something you deserve to know.”
