The reason why I'll never get over Daredevil getting canceled is, even though s3 is one of the greatest seasons of all time and s1 and 2 were amazing, I think the best season of the show was yet to come. When I'm rewatching dd I always choose the episodes where Matt, Foggy and Karen work together and share nice moments, cause I love their found family dynamic. The thing is most of the time they're either fighting or not telling each other something, so the choice is kinda limited. Imagine if we got entire seasons of the three of them working together knowing Matt is Daredevil and being completely honest with each other. Watching them grow, interact with new characters and fight new villains. Exploring new aspects of their personalities. I'll never stop mourning that

#yeah.............#i think about what daredevil season 4 could've been all the time.#more waid in tone definitely.#matt rebuilding his friendship with foggy back up properly. foggy's open acceptance of matt as both matt AND daredevil.#a post-reconciliation talk acknowledging all that matt put foggy through but also holds foggy accountable for his part in their conflicts.#it would've been really cathartic to see BOTH of them acknowledging mistakes instead of it all being on ONE of them.#because the show never really allowed for that since matt was off the rails for most of the show and therefore more noticeably at fault.#and foggy was on a character arc and journey that wouldn't really allow for that until s3 because he needed to learn why he was wrong first #it would've been so comics mattfoggy and it would've hit like crack i know it. a whole new understanding between them.#i also think that it's pretty likely matt and karen would've given it another go now that everything was on the table between them.#but i imagined it around the end of s4 or the start of s5. because s3 just brought matt and karen's friendship back together.#s4 could've hypothetically been a journey showing why they do work together and to get the audience back on their side.#having mary and the owl and gladiator all in the mix it would've allowed for more villain of the week style storytelling in places too.#with all three of them as a found family team finally acting as a unit. more balance and emphasis on the courtroom + when dd is necessary.#foggy and matt lawyering + karen investigating and journalist stuff + matt as daredevil.#some other wishlists for me would've been stilt-man lmao and some theoretical future season including mister fear.#i'm sad now lol

Brad Winderbaum being promoted to Head of Marvel Television, Animation, COMICS, and Franchise after what happened to Foggy and everything else he's somewhat responsible for in Born Again is the worst news I've heard out of Marvel all month lmao.

ChrisBrewsterStunts Well, there are obvious insurance reasons that actors can’t do all of the stunts, but I find that when actors do a lot of their own action, it adds so much to the scene. It makes it much easier for the audience to be pulled into the story, and feel what the characters feel. I love it when actors do a lot of their own stunts. You wouldn’t believe how much Charlie actually does. Half the time you see DD flipping, everyone thinks it’s me, but it’s actually Charlie! He learned how to do a palm spin (basically spinning around your hands against a wall), in a matter of minutes. He also threw a front flip ax kick inside a bus! The guy is amazing.
