Me, watching Bates Motel, season one: 'It's odd that Norma is having an affair with Shelby. Because Mike Vogel (Shelby) looks *so* much like Max Thieriot, who plays Norma's older son, Dylan. Like, it's rather weird. They could be twins.'

Then I realized: ‘Oh, right. This is Norma we are talking about it.'

And it makes 100% sense.

Why I like this show: I do not believe the casting was a coincidence.

i had this dream when i was little, of a home, where the door was open, and friends could come and go, and stay for dinner, and talk. and everything would be lovely. thank you all for giving me that.
