Hey there!!! My names Max and I'm a gender queer person in the process of transitioning! I am asking for financial help to finally get top surgery, something I have wanted for over 12 years. Even with insurance I will be paying over $7k out of pocket. (Thanks U.S. healthcare 🥲) This financial barrier is the last hurdle before I can move forward living my day to day as myself.
