Synopsis: You always knew when you weren't wanted. And the way things are going in your marriage with Jungkook, a divorce is looking more and more likely. While he's getting closer to a woman at work that you're certain he's having an affair with, you're planning your escape with your four-year-old son. However, five years of marriage did not expose you to a certain side of your husband. A side of Jungkook that only gets triggered when you try to leave and break apart your perfect 'family'.

“I’m a grown man.”
These were the words that greeted you and effectively pulled you out of your weary slumber.
You drowsily rubbed your eyes and rolled over, yawning as you took in the sight of your son staring at you bemusedly from beside your bed.
If you weren’t used to this behavior from Hugo already, you perhaps would've screamed at the sudden creepy sight of a child with a solemn expression saying odd things to you before the sun has even risen. Yet, you have grown accustomed to the old man your toddler was.
“Good morning to you too, bud.” You groaned tiredly, already searching your thick bedding for your phone in order to check the time. Your alarm hadn’t even gone off yet, which told you it was earlier than you had originally planned to wake up. But what was the point of having plans when you had a child? They had a talent for ruining them.
“I’m five today.” Hugo ignored your greeting, getting right into the point with furrowed brows as he held up all five fingers, each one representing a year of his life.
“Yup, I know dumpling.” You chuckled, finally pulling out your phone and opening it to see ‘6:03 am” staring back at you. “Believe it or not, the day you were born was quite memorable for me too.”
You cringed as you thought of the 20 hour labor that preceded Hugo’s birth.
How could you ever forget that hellish day?
“Mom, it’s my birthday.” Hugo told you, tone serious as a heart attack.
“Yes, happy birthday love.” You smiled at your son, trying not to let him see the exhaustion you secretly felt. “I suppose there’s no way I can talk you into going back to bed for another hour or so?”
“No. You always say ‘the day starts when I first open my eyes in the morning”. Your son parroted the saying back to you with a proud grin.
Hugo once went through a phase where he wouldn’t want to leave the bed after waking up, simply wanting to stay in pj’s all day long and watch cartoons amongst his stuffies.
It took a while to get your little homebody to actually stop this habit and begin getting up to ready himself for the day whenever he woke up. You used to tell him that the day starts whenever he opens his eyes in the morning, however on days like these where he wakes up super early, he now does not see the point in lying in.
“Right, that is a good point.” You softly relented, mentally scolding yourself for yet another parenting tactic backfired. “How does some breakfast sound?”
“Mom, I have a prop-pre-preposaa-”
“Proposal?” You offered, swinging your legs off the side of your bed.
“Yeah, that.” Hugo nodded to himself, most likely taking note of the proper pronunciation of the word so he can use it again in conversation. “I think it’s time we talk about coffee.”
“Coffee?”
“You and daddy are always saying that coffee is for grownups. Today I’m five, which means I’m older, which means I should be able to have coffee.” Hugo reasoned this to you while twiddling his thumbs, a nervous habit he does when he wants you to say yes to something he knows is unrealistic.
“Mmm...” You hummed, pretending to think hard about the offer. “What if I gave you a very light coffee? A beginner version to get you ready for the real thing when you’re older?”
Hugo looked conflicted, but after reading your face and correctly assuming that’s the best he was going to get, he nodded solemnly in reluctant agreement.
With one final huff you shoved yourself off the king sized bed, standing to your full height and throwing your arms up in a stretch. “Why don’t you wait in the living room for me bud? I’ll be right out.”
The freshly turned five year old happily nodded up at you before exiting your bedroom, leaving you alone once again.
You turned your attention back to the bed in which you just rose out of. More particularly, you stared at the other side of the bed, the side in which your husband was supposed to sleep on.
It was a direct opposite of your messy side, crisp and neatly made; the fluffy pillows, pressed sheets and silk duvet being perfectly in place. Yet, this wasn’t an ode to Jungkook’s neatness and attention to detail.
No.
Jungkook hasn’t been sleeping in the same bed as you for a while now.
Your husband always preferred to rise early, given he was a man who liked to follow a strict morning regime which could easily be thrown off if he slept in even a minute later. Up at 5:30. teeth brushed and face shaved by 5:40. Breakfast, coffee and newspaper consumed by 6:00.
Then right before taking his leave, Jungkook would pack himself a bag of work clothes and make a quick protein shake, given he would then head to the gym where he would get his morning workout and shower from. Then from the gym, he would head straight to work.
A few months ago, he suggested sleeping in the guest room.
You had asked why, bewildered at the request.
Sure, you two didn’t really cuddle anymore. Sex was also rare. But you figured that the least you could do as husband and wife was sleep in the same bed amicably. Had you started kicking him in your sleep or something?
“I’d notice you begin to kinda stir when I first get up and go about my routine. I don’t want to wake you up or be a bother.” He had said.
That didn’t really make sense to you.
You have always been a deep sleeper. And even if you did wake up for a second, you’d clearly see your husband getting ready for the day, roll over and go back to sleep.
It was such a lame excuse, you just shrugged and bitterly told him that he hogged the blankets anyway.
It wasn’t true, but Jungkook didn’t comment.
You trudged over to the ensuite bathroom and quickly did your morning routine.
When you came out of your room and into the living space, you saw Hugo glued to the giant flat screen in a trance-like state as he watched his usual morning cartoons. The sight tugged a small smile out of you, although the mother in you didn’t like how close he was.
“Hugo, back up from the screen! Bluey isn’t going anywhere. Your eyes will go bad.” Your son wordlessly obliged and scooted back, not breaking eye contact with his favorite family of puppies. “What would you like for breakfast ‘Mr. grown man’?”
“Blueberry pancakes…and don’t forget my coffee!”
“You got it, birthday boy.”
The kitchen, dining and living room were open concept, so you multi-tasked watching Hugo while whipping up his breakfast. You never were much of a cook and you still aren’t even after motherhood, but you did commit to learning your son’s favorite dishes.
The process was over quickly, you having made this recipe countless times and knowing it like the back of your hand.
You set a plate on the island table, calling Hugo over while you secretly mixed some instant hot chocolate in a mug.
The five year old jumped up and grinned at the meal, saying a quick “thank you” before digging in with all the grace a five year old could possibly have.
“And of course, your coffee.” You tried not to smile as you handed him the cup.
“Thanks mama.”
The mini-Jungkook took a gulp, then stared seriously at the contents of the mug, swishing it around in some faux detective work.
“Something wrong, dumpling?”
“It tastes…fa-fam-”
“Familiar?”
“Yes. Is coffee always this sweet?”
You laughed, now moving to the real coffee maker to make your own cup. “No, this is the kid version. It might taste like chocolate because chocolate has caffeine in it too.”
Your little old man huffed to himself but nodded in agreement, simply not knowing enough to dispute your logic.
Your old coffeemaker grumbled awake, croaking and hissing as you pressed the worn-out buttons for your usual morning brew. Jungkook always made fun of you for the ancient machine, but even after he had bought a much more expensive and up-to-date one, you stubbornly remained loyal to yours.
“So buddy, what do you want to do today? We can go get new books, hit up the toy store, maybe even visit the aquarium?”
“I wanna help set up for my party, mommy.”
Well, “party” wasn’t quite the right word for it.
Hugo had no friends. It was tough for a kid like him to make any. At this age and as a boy, most of his peers would meet and form relationships in little league or rough housing at the local park.
Your son was different. He preferred reading to sports, hated the outdoors and was generally a shy kid who tended to tear up when anyone other than his family tried speaking to him.
So this year, his birthday party was an intimate circle of family and family friends. You hoped that by next year you could host an actual kid birthday party, as Hugo would be in school and have classmates by then.
“That’s very sweet of you, but there’s time to do both.” The boy looked at you skeptically. “We can go to the bookstore across the street after breakfast and I’ll let you pick out some new bedtime stories. Then we can go to the aquarium and have lunch there. And on our way home I’ll stop by the store to get some stuff for the party, and you can get a toy. Sounds good?”
Hugo frowned, then peeled back his pajama sleeve to look at his submarine-themed watch. The act seemed a little pretentious to you, given he didn’t yet know how to read clocks.
“Fine mommy, but we should be quick. Also you need to ask our guests if they have any food aler-alergeez-”
“Allergies? Yes bud, I’ll be sure to send them a text.” You rolled your eyes.
With that, Hugo quietly finished his breakfast as you sipped your coffee.
When you two were done, you both got dressed and ready for the day’s activities.
Before leaving the apartment, you were sure to send a text to your husband.
‘Be home by 6 please. Hugo’s birthday party starts at 6:30 and he needs you there.’
So things have been cray since I'm about a week away from graduating and finals are insane.
As promised, I have been working on QQ and the doc is now at 9k!! And obviously UV will continue this May as well. Have been cooking up some ideas and maybe even some Hugo POV lol?? Feel like he'd be a really funny character to write for.
But anyway, I fully anticipated that I would be crazy busy this month so I'm really glad I paused the billing for April! Within the next week and a half QQ will be out and later this month,so will the next part of Unsaid Vow!!

actually had a good bond with Hugo as a baby. kids are difficult to understand but Jk was good with babies. feed them, change them, burp them, hold them. It was so easy and I think baby Hugo liked naping on Jk's bare chest

Jin
I picture that the Victor homes vary depending on their district, which would make sense considering the districts are in different landscapes so not all homes can be built the same
For District One, I picture little mansions with lots of glass walls for natural light. This district is apparently in the center of the U.S. (Wyoming, Idaho, Utah) so I can see some natural materials, sun roof windows, low and wide mid-century modern houses
I think stylistically, Jin would decorate his home with lots of white and browns, a colorful rug or accent furniture here and there, but he doesn't overdo it in fear of being tacky
fireplace is probably boarded up for um, obvious reasons (war flash backs lol)
I think his favorite part of his home is the kitchen. In the games, starvation was especially tough on him, so now I think he seeks comfort in food. I can see him taking cooking classes or hiring a personal chef, maybe even throwing dinner parties.
If you were to move in with him, I think he'd be okay with you changing whatever you wanted, as long as he gets to keep all his fancy kitchen appliances
Namjoon
I dont think he'd care a lot about the style of his home, I also see him rarely being there since he has so much work to do in the capitol
District Three is apparently in the midwest, and there's lots of factories that make high end technology for the capitol
Therefore, I think the victor homes there would be simple, modern/industrial condo-style homes? Lots of grays and blacks with granite accents.
I don't think Namjoon would go out of his way to purchase furniture or decor, just accepting the furnishings it already came with. He's not a sentimental guy and a part of him is always aware that his home is technically the capitol's property, not his.
I think a cool highlight of his home would be the technology. Like his tv is just a hologram or there's just some cool tech that locks all the doors and turns on the lights on at once. other disctrict victors don't even get that, it's just district three since they rule technology
If you were to move in, Namjoon would gladly welcome any change in decor, letting you know that he never saw the point before you
Jimin
So I personally feel like District Four would make more sense in a tropical place like Florida or something, therefore I feel like there would be a "jungle/beachouse" vibe to the victor homes here
Victors row would be in a vegetated area of four, not too far from the water. I don't see the capitol wanting to have victors living right on the coast since that's most likely reserved for shipments, boating, fishing and yeah....the water is probably heavily monitered in case people get ideas...
Jimin more or less kept everything the same, though he did let his desinger team go crazy with the jungle concept
I can see Jimin liking the color green and also taking care of plants, since he's pretty lonely back at Four it gives him a little sense of innocent purpose
Again, he's def more at the Capitol than here tho, often times this feels more like a vacation home
All the guest rooms get used as extra storage for all the gifts he received from capitol women. hopes to one day fill them with kids tho :(
If you were to move in, Jimin would be estatic and gladly join in any renovation plans. He'd want to be included in the choices, pick the wrong wallpaper even and he'd be pissy about it lol
Hoseok
District Eight is full of factories and textiles, so I see victor's homes being industrial condos with brick walls, exposed pipes and wooden beams
Hoseok will try to decorate and make it feel cozy, just for the sake of his siblings though
I feel like he probably gave his siblings the bigger rooms and took one of the smallest in the home
Anything his little brothers or sisters want, it's theirs no question asked
I can see him becoming a little home maker honestly. He wakes his siblings up in the morning, makes them breakfast, sends them to school, then comes back home and cleans their rooms / common spaces, does some grocery shopping, laundry ect. ect.
It's very cute and mother hen of him but he really just can't handle freetime bc then his mind wonders to dark places...
so he throws himself into caring for his siblings
If you were to move in with him, he'd welcome you and any changes you might want to have on the common spaces, but obvi is protective of his siblings' stuff.
Yoongi
Six is said to be highly populated and overly dense, borderline too many people live here. I picture it as a city too, transportation being their main hub so there's probably even a subway system
Therefore I think the captitol would make a victor buidling or something. District Six doesnt have many victors and the place is already so dense, I think a good solution would be to make one big high rise of apartments where all the living victors have their own units
Yoongi probably threw away everything in the apartment
I can see him having some chairs and a single bed. prob doesn't even have a tv bc keeps breaking them in rage every time the capitol makes an "announcement" lol
Fridge is also always empty. Boy can go days without eating so it doesn't even occur to him to have groceries on hand

If you were to move in, good luck on even hanging up a single picture. Give it a week before Yoongi flies into another rage and rips everything to shreds.
Taehyung
I think District Eleven victor homes would be like large, farmhouses on hills away from the rest of the town
I picture feilds upon feilds in this district, since it's all about farming so it's probably very big in terms of land
I also don't think the capitol had many of these houses made, correctly assumming that Eleven wouldn't have many victors
I think Taehyung actually loves his home, quite liking the simplicity and size of it
I can see him starting a little garden in the back yard, or even getting some chickens to keep him busy
He probably would read to his mother too, he most likely set her up in the master bedroom and waits on her hand and foot
If you were to move in, he wouldn't mind little changes here and there. But at his core, he is a minimalist and would rather you not clutter up his space. Don't you two (three including his mom lol) have everything you need already? There's no shame in the simple life.
Jungkook
District Two is up in the mountains! Very cold and harsh winters, thin air but I'd imagine its very beautiful
The homes here are built in luxury cabin style at the base of the mountains. District Two also has the most victors, so I imagine their victors' village is quite the neighborhood
Jungkook is fond of the views he gets from his home. I think he'd like hiking too so he enjoys the proximity to nature
As for the interior, Jungkook doesn't really care. I know, most of the victors on this list don't care but like, kill 23ish kids in a game and ig it puts things into perspective lol
Like Yoongi, all he really needed was a good bed and he'd be okay. I don't think he got rid of the furniture the capitol provided, but he doesn't have an opinion on it either
If you were to move in, Jungkok would just hand you the cash to buy whatever decor you want, just as long as it's not "too girly"
all are hesitant, with varying degrees of probability of joining.
Jin and Hoseok would need some type of assurance their families would be safe during a rebellion. Both would also have the concern of money and shelter, esp Hoseok. If the rebellion wins, how is Hoseok going to take care of his family? Does he keep the house on Victor's row? Will all his Victor's money still be valid? He has a family to feed and he's grown dependent on the victor status. Jin is more concerned about his status and the property he already owns, so more superficial but he's worked hard for everything he has (literally killed for it ) and isn't willing to give up much of his lifestyle. If a rebel were to meet with both of them and reassure them, I can see them supporting. albeit very subtly and cautiously. They’re not willing to bank everything on a rebellion being successful. But they do want the games to end for other kids.
Namjoon I can see wanting to support, but only on his terms. He's not willing to do the katniss thing and be a tv "symbol" or anything, he wants an actual say and control over what will happen. I can see him having lots of questions about policy and what will happen to the remainder of the capitol people. I can even see him becoming like a mayor or something for his home district once the rebellion succeeds. So yes, Namjoon will support as long as he’s given a role to inflict actual change. Ultimately I think he will get that role too, the rebels know how respected Namjoon is not only among other victors but with gamemakers too. Very integral to the operation.
Taehyung and Yoongi are a definite yes. The question is, will the rebellion want them to be part of their cause early on? Yoongi would definitely have to get sober and be better on tv, Taehyung would have to get more vocal and grow relationships with people in other districts. Neither is very likely to happen. I think the rebellion would focus their efforts on victors a bit more popular and friendly to act as spies, then eventually when the uprising is no longer a secret, the rebels will ask Yoongi and Tae to come fight. Both would without question.
Jimin and JK…tbh I don't really see them supporting it. I talked about this before but JK thinks it's the district's own fault for losing the first war and now they’re just being sore about it. As for the games, well if people are that scared of their kids competing, shouldn’t they train their kids? Or don't have any at all? I don’t think he’d rat out any victors who are working with the rebellion, but I do see him rolling his eyes and seeing it as some stupid conspiracy. Kind of how people scoff and make Illuminati jokes, that’s JK with the rebellion. As for Jimin, I think he’s grown very spoiled and kinda has a Stockholm syndrome relationship with the capitol. Remember how Effie Trinket got very depressed because she didn't have her wigs or makeup while living in District 13? That’s very Jimin core. He doesn’t necessarily like the games, but he thinks that kids die all the time in other ways so it’s not that big of a deal. It sucks but it's not enough to create civil unrest in Jimin's eyes. He could get behind slow and integral change like working with politicians in the capitol to get training camps legalized in all districts or maybe increasing the tribute age to 15-18. Small things like that.
I’m just curious and apologies if you’ve answered this before and I missed it! I’m just wondering how you think QQ Jungkook would react to finding out you had been seeing other victors behind his back (romantically or in a friendship ‘help me out’ kind of sense). Especially in regards to Jimin and Yoongi since they hate each other
hmm u guys are so messy and I love it.
tbh there's a lot of different factors at play here. for one, is y/n a district two victor or at least living in two? or is she from another district and living/mentoring there?
If Y/n was living in district two, JK would have so much more control over her. I think the second he catches wind that any of the other victors are interested in her, he'd go to the president and demand that you no longer visit the capitol. he'd probably lie and say you're unfit to train tributes or entertain sponsors. but really he just knows that the only way the others can see you is if you're at the capitol, so he'll make it so you never return lol. what can the other victors do? show up at District Two and bang at your door? that's not possible. he'd be a little shit about it too, making comments about how "happy" you are or how you changed your hair and it's such a shame you can't be here this year (or ever lol).
If you are from/living in another district, things get more complex. I see him being more possessive of the short time you guys have together doing activities in the capitol. he would most likely already be drafting up some way to get you to come live at 2, but until then he's aware that other victors probably are too. he may be brutish, but he's not stupid. so for him, i think he'd use his connections as a favorite to knock the others down, as it's most likely the president who gets final say in where you go.
For Yoongi, I think he'd just try to find his capitol dealer and posion his drugs. this is only if Yoongi becomes such a problem though, as he's not too worried about him. everyone knows that yoongi is a mess and not at all a favorite of the people or capitol, jk looks at him the same way you'd look at a toddler having a tantrum. if you were to show a fondness for yoongi, he'd say alot of manipulative shit like "how do you know he won't beat you in a drunken rage?" "he'd probably pawn your ring off for drugs."
Jin and Hoseok are easy to handle in JK's eyes. Both of them so obviously have their weaknesses; their siblings. JK would probably just make some comments to them like, "How's your sister doing? still reaping age right? hmm, I have lunch with the game makers later today and it'd be a shame if you'd have to mentor your own sibling."
Taehyung kind of intimidates JK, mainly bc no one knows what goes through his mind. but ultimately he's confident that he can beat taehyung in a fight if he ever had to, and as much as tae likes to act strong and silent, jk knows he still is scared of careers. I can see JK making comments around tae about how much he misses the games or how watching his tributes gives him nostalgia. this would freak tae out.
Namjoon and Jimin are the only ones that I think would put up a fair fight.
Namjoon and Jungkook are both favorites of the capitol, but for different reasons. Jk is a poster boy for the games, meanwhile Namjoon represents the future of the games. JK can try to cash in favors, but Namjoon is more respected and probably has even more people on his beck and call. Nanjoon I think is more reluctant to use them, but he will if he's forced to. I also just don't see namjoon raising to any of JK's bait. honest to god, even I don't know who would win here. namjoon is very smart, jk is very determined.
Jimin vs JK. JK would have a brilliant plan tbh. He'd get a capitol woman to hire Jimin for his "services" and record them together. he'd show you the video and be like, "Jimin is just a bimbo who doesn't love you when he can have a rich capitol girl." and tbh it might work, if Jimin didn't see shit like this coming. Jimin has dirt on everyone, and I'd like to think he'd gather some of JK too. So tbh here, it's all about timing.
well, my original plan was that Victor's revenge would be the sequel to Quarter Quell once JK won it and he'd join the other victors. However, I used Taehyung in QQ so it wouldn't make sense if he was also in VR lol. Ofc, i can prob do a rewrite and just replace taehyung in QQ, but idk.
either way, here are some random headcanons for how I picture jk as a Victor
thinks some of the other victors only won on a technicality and doesn't mind making passive-aggressive comments about it
does NOT like being associated with Jin or Jimin's weak asses, thinks they're sneaky little shits who had to rely on tricks bc they would lose in a physical fight
he's very popular as a victor. tbh i think he's the only one who rivals jimin's popularity. the capitol love how bloodthirsty he is. while jimin mainly has female fans, jungkook has a good mix of both since men want to be like JK, and obvi women find him hot
I think he'd do a lot of tv shows and interviews. he knows people value his input for games so I can see him offering his insight on current tributes. remember the scoring system for how tributes would get rated? i can see him being asked to be on the team that assess those.
as a mentor, I think he'd be the type to pick a favorite and only really focus on that kid. he doesn't care if it's heartless, he's not wasting his time on a lost cause just to make them feel better.
I can see him looking at the other kid like "you might as well live it up while you can, you probably aren't gonna make it past the bloodbath."
if by some miracle that kid did survive and win, JK would be like ".....damn, guess I owe you a drink. my bad. welcome to victor's row tho :)"
as a mentor, he will tell his kids to just stick to the career alliance. if for some reason a kid from 2 wanted to align themselves with someone whose not a career, JK would just be like "ur on your own w that" bc ain't no way he's gonna attempt to talk to non career victors who prob hate him
I think he's another victor who splits his time pretty evenly between the capitol and his home district.
does not have to sell his body or anything because he is a capitol fav, but I do think he'll make shitty comments towards jimin

I think Jin had a good fashion sense even before the games. his dad was the mayor of District One so I think he's always had to dress "presentable". I don't see him as a fashionista, but he does care about brands. if he was in our modern universe, he'd be the type to find Gucci very tacky and obnoxious but love Hermes and Ralph Lauren. classy and understated. honestly very "old money, country club" vibes. jin is a nepo baby lol
Jimin
there are two jimins - the one at the capitol and the one at district four. when he's in the capitol, he wears whatever his designer team arranges for him. he has lots of sponsors, and many are fashion brands so he's obligated to wear clothes or accessories from those brands. his team likes to market him as very chic and clean, lots of suits with the undershirt open to show his chest. however, when he's at home or just being himself, i think he's very in touch with his ocean roots. i see him in a "surfer boy" aesthetic, pearls, seashells, and free-flowing tops. in my universe, District Four is like a Florida or tropical place- so it's always sunny and hot.
namjoon
sweater vests. turtle necks. slacks. this is it. mainly in black, sometimes blue. very dark academia. does not really understand fashion and just wants to look as smart as he is. feel like he'd also be one of the victors who fired his designer team right away because he didn't get the point and hated being treated like a doll. sometimes he wants to try out diff styles but ultimately I see him being a creature of habit and being like "nah"
Hoseok
poor boy just wants to be cozy and warm. I think I had his games take place in the Arctic? so I think he'd be like really hypersensitive to the cold now. he feels one chill and he'll want to die. he would love oversized sweaters and cardigans. I can see him wearing lots of neutral colors too, browns and creams with hints of green here and there. Very 'coffee shop boyfriend' vibes. also think he's such older bro that he'd carry a lil fanny pack or bag all the time, he carries little snacks and stuff just in case his siblings ever need anything
Taehyung
tough one. I don't think he'd give a shit tbh. but he's from 11 and it's all about agriculture, so i feel like farmer vibes? like boyish cottage core. feel like he likes loose shirts as well, tae doesn't like feeling constricted so no tight clothes. also feel like he loves rolling his pants up and walking around barefoot. country boy to the core.
Yoongi
hoodies, loose fitting and oversized. likes beanies too. I think he has bad blood circulation and as a kid didn't get great access to food, so he's prob anemic and smaller than his Victor counterparts. a lil insecure about it so he covers it up with baggy clothes. another one that prefers darker colors like grey and black. capitol ppl are known for their colorful clothes since they can afford them, and yoongi isn't tryna associate with that.
Jungkook
i never made a victors revenge jk since i didn't know if i was just going to make it qq jk when he won the games lol. either way, i'm sticking with district two for him. so def a career and def a lil cray. i think he'd enjoy looking as intimidating as possible, fully leaning into the 'bloody thirsty career' reputation he has. I see him getting tats and piercings and wearing things like leather jackets and steel-toed boots. probably like "grunge" or "cyberpunk" aesthetic??

It's been established that QQ JK is a career, and it's implied in the books that careers are kind of brainwashed to believe that serving in the games is an honor. Districts 1, 2, and 4 also have good relationships with the capitol. I don't remember the exact order districts turned but I do believe 2 was one of the last districts to join the rebels.
I think if he's a victor, he would feel like he owes everything to the capitol. His home, his money, meeting and being with Y/n. He'd most likely be put on television as a victor speaking out against the rebellion. Sure, the president most likely commanded him to, but I don't think he'd be annoyed or anything. I can see victor JK looking at rebels like "what if u guys got a job ? unemployed behavior." lmao. I think MAYBE if Y/n was into the rebellion, then he'd reluctantly support it. But his protective ass would try really hard to talk her out of it bc he know the capitol would target them next.
Now if he was a tribute / pre games,
Well....I think JK would side with whoever is winning. he doesn't really have any principles other than "the strong should dominate the weak" For years the capitol was stronger than the districts, so he sees it as the natural way of things. now if the rebellion were to win and prove that they are stronger than the capitol, he'd accept that outcome. I do think he'd be slightly annoyed though at having to find a normal job, as QQ JK always wanted to play the games and live as a victor. so his first thought if the rebellion wins is like, "shit i gotta download indeed now"
