Lean Startup 101 with Phil Morle of Pollenizer
Phil Morle returns to conduct the first Launchgarage workshop for the next batch of garageheads with Lean Startup 101.
The exclusive 2-day workshop to be held on July 22 & 23, 2013 kicks off MISSION 02 activities and will introduce garageheads to the essential methodologies to run lean during the course of the 5-month program. The Lean Canvas and the Lean Dashboard will be introduced as essential tools that will help guide the founders and measure the progress of their respective startups.
Other founders from Kickstart will also attend the workshop.

With over 15 years in e-commerce, enterprise, and UX development for startups, Nam is a driving force in agile development. He has worked as a Senior Developer for Sapient, Washington Mutual, and has worked as Director of UX and Widget Development for Rearden Commerce.
He was also the first and only developer of Shoedazzle.com pre-capital, and has worked with a number of startups in early stages ever since. His various experiences in startup to enterprise technology stacks gives him a unique understanding of both architecture and the user experience.

The pioneer batch of the Launchgarage kicks off today at Proudcloud HQ with 4 startup teams ready to rock the place.
Each Mission 01 team will take advantage of US$30,000 seed money, the network of rockstar mentors, and various product values worth almost US$90,000 from the likes of Amazon AWS, Zendesk, and over 180 deals from F6S.com.

Pollenizer Lean Startup Workshop on October 18 & 19
To kick off the pioneer run of the Launchgarage program, Australian lean startup mavens Pollenizer will conduct a 2-day workshop for garageheads on October 18 and 19.
Pollenizer co-founder and CEO Phil Morle, together with south east asian general manager Issac Souweine, will fly in to give the Launchgarage teams valuable training and tools to help them effectively adopt lean methodologies in their respective ventures.
The workshop will also give garageheads the first opportunity to meet and interact with the kickstars, the startup teams that investment fund Kickstart Ventures has invested in.

We're inviting all early stage startups to pitch for a slot in the inaugural batch of garageheads.
We're looking to fill 4 slots in the 6 month program which includes seed funding, work space, mentorship & advice, rockstar networking, exclusive lectures, and strategic partnerships with tech's leading players.
The program will commence this September and we've already heard pitches from 2 startup teams.
